2-1 HT, Well I hope Rafa jumps all over them in the changing room during half-time. We need to come out as a completely different team in the second half. That was a horrible half of play, and to boot, Cisse has broken his leg. Not a good day so far, they better turn it around. Alonso needs to get more involved, he was not involved enough in the game.

Disastrous first half.. really poor defending by Liverpool and a broken leg for Cisse.

Yea, when they showed the replay, I could see the bone hit the sock, that's why I knew. Plus i've broken my leg almost the exact same way, I knew as soon as I saw it that it was broken.

his lower leg obviously buckled. I'm sorry for Cisse, I hope he can recover from this. :( Injuries like that are horrible to see.

Yeah, saw the replay and it was clearly a broken leg. Probably about 5-6 inches above the ankle. One hopes it was a clean break, and that he didn't do too much damage to the surrounding tissue as he came down on it. As bad as it looked, and as bad as it is, at least it didn't look like it broke too close to the ankle. If you are going to break a bone, its always best to break it in the middle rather than at one end or the other, as those types of breaks are more difficult to heal.

Tugay receives a deserved yellow card, 61'.
We've still got momentum and it seems like the whole team is pissed off.
