Very dangerous counter from Berlin might have been a goal had the strikers positioned themselves better..

What a cluster fock that nearly was....

Twice today Berlin counters have started due to Ze Roberto makings runs straight up the gut and getting stuck on a tackling in the Penalty area. Lell then makes the best pass of the game to Berlin and nearly sets up the 1st goal. Rensing does nothing but stays on his line.

    Whew!

Not a lot of urgency from us, but Hertha (to no surprise) defend very well. We have tried several through balls, but their defense is a rock.

Hertha pretty much in control. We have possession but have no clue how to break them down. They are dangerous many times on the counter and nearly scored if Ze didn't save off the line.

Are you guys blind? He's been limping slightly for the last 5 minutes or so and grimacing. Probably a minor injury.

lell just did nothing there. he totally could've taken him off the ball.

    it should not be 1-0

What a joke, Lell is in position and steps away and Voronin is free to head in. Lell is a total disgrace! How can someone be so stupid to misjudge this cross that was in the air for ages?

I seriously expect Lell to be fired after this game now that I've seen several slow motions of the goal

Last week Donovan came on, and Bayern scored twice. This week, Bayern conceded when he replaced Toni.

    HT: Hertha 1 - 0 Bayern Munich

I did say to play a different formation to the 4-4-2 against a team with a stunning defensive record. This is what I meant, not being able to penetrate them... I don't understand why not be a bit more risky and take a chance since the 3-5-2 crushed them 4-1 at home, yet he goes back to 4-4-2. I hate this crap. The 3-5-2 seems to be scraped off completely, such a shame because it could be effective for defensive teams in the Bundesliga.

I thought Klismann had the balls to do whatever he wants, apparently everyone has to listen to someone who thinks he's coach..
