Big blow that Haaland cannot play. I still like the lineup.

Good first half. Guerreiro was a bit unlucky with his shots and a few attacks could have been played better. A two goal lead wouldn't have been undeserved. Otherwise a convincing team performance and not much to complain about against a team that in theory could still win the title.

Unfortunately, Wolfsburg is in the lead as well.

stupid substitution to take out Dahoud for Delaney..

and just as i'm typing this Leipzig score.. who will control the ball for you now for the next half hour Mr Di Caprio?

2:1 because no one covered the far post on a corner, no idea why. Around 25 minutes to go. We are making the same mistake again by putting the focus on defending the lead instead of controlling the game.

2:2, very bad defending. Both teams need a win.

This is why I keep telling everyone that our midfield is the problem.
Delaney is such an average player. We need to sell him.
Can is not good enough to be a regular, but is a good backup.

This game was lost when Dahoud went off injured and we lost control of the midfield.

It all starts with the message that coach sends when he takes out Dahoud (who helps us control the ball, was having a great game) for a more defensive player.. with THIRTY MINUTES to go!

bad mentality starting from the coach going to the players

now they have to pick themselves up with all the momentum being taken away from them

I think Dahoud got injured, but if he took him off and he was fit then it is almost a sacking offense.

Brandt has come on and fought hard. He has worked very hard and provided moments of quality. Good goal from Sancho.

Don't know whether Dahoud was injured, I thought he was taken out for the Cup final next thursday. Terzic must have thought the team could preserve the two goal lead.

    We got away with it.

But please please let's strengthen the midfield and get rid of players not good enough.

Another big game on Thursday and hopefully Haaland and Dahoud will be fit.

If you put Reus, Sancho, Brandt, Dahoud and Raphael together then great things will happen especially when they gel more.

    EDIT

Also has to be said Reus is having an immense end to the season. When it matters most he has delivered time and time again in the last 8 games.

It's nice to see Haaland has much invested as I am!! (referring to when they show him on the bench ...)

Now if he loved the team half as I do then he would remain for the rest of his career, but that's another story lol.

Brandt had a good cameo...2 key passes...first one Reus couldn’t score as Upamaceno blocked him but the second key pass ultimately turned out to be a winner..well done Dortmund

When the team needs to score, they play good football. The phase with end to end football before the 3:2 was entertaining. Just feed the offense and things happen. Once we sit back, it's butt clenching time.

I also have to say, we can criticize Terzic for some things but it also needs to be said that our style under him starts to look like Dortmund again. The first half besides Leipzig's early chance was really good in my opinion and exemplary for the football under him. Good movement in offense and very concentrated pressing in defense, we kept a really good team in control. Taking out Dahoud backfired, of course.

This Favre habit of sitting back persists, but the quality of the attacking players is making up for it.

Mainz are in good form, hopefully they can take points off Frankfurt tomorrow, especially as that could mean Mainz are safe before the next league match.

There's no way we're challenging Bayern under Rose next season.

This team cannot win if it's not a nerve wrecking type of game. Replacing Dahoud with a defensive minded player in the middle left us with no ball-playing options across the middle.

Also, how on earth was that Kampl handball not called a penalty? Did VAR even check that? His elbow was clearly raised at eye level and was moving towards the ball as it was struck!?
