In this week's issue of Time Out New York, devoted to finding cheap food in the city, there is a section discussing the free food different jobs provide their employees. Along with Amtrack conductors, Comedy Central writers and Wendy's employees, they examine the free eats professional soccer players get. To qoute - "When the Metrostars are on the road, players get $41 per diem for food, and they get a free game-day meal. The menu is set by the trainer and the head coach, and usually includes rice, chicken, pasta, soup and bread for lunch, or French toast, pancakes and eggs for breakfast." And to top it all, the leading pic for the story is of DiGiamarino. Random, useless trivia...
((bad segue)) Speakin of Digi... I see his 'girl' at the games, she's the blonde hoochie-hottie in the low cut jeans wearing the metro jersey that says "Digi's Girl" on the back. No lie.
Which part- the fact that Metro players eat french toast or that Digi's woman is vain enought to wear a jersey that say's DiGi;s girl on it? The way Digi has been playing, and if I was his woman, I would be wearing and Edgar jersey.
I kid you not. Digi's Woman wears that shirt. Its the same woman who sat with him at the last "autograph" session. She reminds me of Adrianna from the Sopranos. Oh.. and I forgot to mention.. the shirt is a cut-off half-shirt.

I thought you people were fans and all i see is discrimination. And by the way, the jersey is NOT a cut off. Nice try. Its actually way too big for me (an XL) to be exact. And i dont sit with two latina chicks. I sit with Ziadies girl, Clints two cousins, clints girl and jeff matteos girlfriend. Next time you want to talk about someone, have a little research before you speak to everybody. I happen to love him and love supporting the metrostars as should you. You fans really need to lighten up and stop being so dramatic, put some love and support into your team, thats what your there to do. I hope to see some improvement in these boards
