Top Pieces of Evidence that the Iranian Presidential Election Was Stolen
Faulty Election Data
How far do you think this will go?
The world voted for the loser???
We will support the revolution!
It all depends on how far Khatami, Karoubi, and Mousavi are willing to go. If they do not back off, and take an active role in leading the demonstrations, it could go far. A public show of support from Rafsanjani, may also be needed.
The Green protesters have just started to block the main high-ways in Tehran:
Several Twitters from inside Iran, with eyewitness accounts and updates about the demonstrations (some in Persian, some in English):
Do you have a source for those numbers?
(quick back before im banned)
Ahamdienjad is going to have a giant victory rally and thousands of his supporters are going to be driven into Tehran from all over the country . Just as it happened in 1997 student uprising the government will mobilize their supporters to Tehran in a giant show of force which will basically discourage the protesters and students on the streets. It worked in 1997 and I hope it doesn’t worked this time but I don’t see too many people on the streets , if participation becomes higher and more people protest then there is a chance these protest will last and something might actually happen.
Iran: There Will Be Blood
Grand Ayatollah Saanei has issued a Fatwa, declaring Ahmadinejad's government illegitimate, and working with it as Haraam (prohibited by the faith) and unlawful!
This is the image I have of a ballot box in Iran (& elsewhere): a translucent plastic tub. As you know, the USA generally uses voting machines.

Wow, more than 13,000 clicks on this thread within 1 day!
Khatami has been released. But Mohammad-Ali Abtahi, a former vice-president of Khatami, was arrested several hours ago. Over 100 reformist leaders and activists have been arrested, including several grand children of Khomeini. The entire leadership of the Freedom Movement of Iran, a nationalist party, have also been arrested.
I doubt that.
Btw: Can you tell me why Iran didn't allow independent foreign observers of this election?
