http://football.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/0,1563,1200319,00.html Seems a remark he made went out over the air in a few places (not England). Unfortunately, it wasn't something he could claim that he was "misunderstood". The sickening part is that there is still such racism in football to this very day, and it's not just in Eastern Europe.
It's even worse than what the Guardian said, according to the Sun: http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2004182191,00.html Evidently, he went after Ranieri as well. That along with about 50 f-bombs usually means you're fired.
