I wonder if any (famous & contemporary) players or coaches, read or even reply (have an account) on the rants we so aptly submit on this superb website???

I'd like to imagine someone like Roy Keane cussing someone out here and finding that he has something like 1000 posts, and his handle is Fergie!!

    That would be hilarious...

That`s a question always present in all these messages boards, sport, music, film or whatever message board. There`s invisible eyes roaming everywhere on the internet, you will never know.
There can be real and famous players reading this messages, is something very interesting to know what fans says and think.
That`s why you will never believe when someone tells he`s Pele or whatever.

Grow up. No offence. About as likely as the Pope leading the army into Iraq.

American message board. Professional players. They may read news about themselves (rules this site out) but they aren't going to be reading posts on a message board.

    Not likely.

Actually, some players and ex-players have been well known to visit and post on bigsoccer.

many things come to mind and we should all consider these.

Many don't want to be known. Just think about it. Most of us use fake screen names.

A few just like to read.

How would we treat some player?
I bet a few would edit their comments if they knew some player was reading them.

One player (in the San Jose Earthquakes forum MLS) was being rather nasty after he left for Europe to the Quakes fans forum. He was gone and had a few things to say. He was treated as any bigsoccer member, meaning that he had to follow the terms of service (TOS).

I think the Chicago GM (MLS) reads and posts here, also.

Point being, we all have a point of view and we all have a voice here!

    Welcome one and all.

the GM at the time of contraction of mls for the mutiny, was reading after games

It was strange, we could never figure if he posted under any name, but mention the site in few meetings, I was a victim of my own words, then!

bill maning took that and his team to the Grave...

I don't know about Peter Wilt, but I know for sure that some of the people in the Chicago Fire organization post and read what happens in these forums.

    chicarica is Jonny Walker's wife!

Sorry about all the bad things I've posted about him when you were around... had I known before I would have had more tact.

Still, I was just being neutral and objective.
