I wonder if any (famous & contemporary) players, read or even reply (have an account) on the rants we so aptly submit on this superb website??? I'd like to imagine someone like Roy Keane cussing someone out here and finding that he has something like 1000 posts!! That would be hilarious...
to make this a little on topic...John O'Brien was rumoured to make a post or two before the WC, and a few of the U-17's have posted as well
I'm David Beckham's mom's brother's sister-in-law's dog groomer's Best friend's brother's friend who appeared on Christina Aguilera's video (in the background). He knows my aunt's son who works with my dad's best friend's high school sweetheart who is also my mom's best friend. And I'm my mom's son... I'm the closest thing you guys got to a celebrity.
we also know they might not be registered but they do read the boards... someone <i forget who> was in honduras <or one of those c. american> during a WCQ'er and saw the bruce looking at bigsoccer for some advice... he often listens to me.
Somebody said that Richie Williams took a look when he got named ABMOD. I don't believe that. But it is well known that Kenny Arena posted under his friends name when he was called up to the U19s (U21s?) and there was thought it was done because Bruce has influenced the decision. He took exception and somebody started a flame war with him. And there are supposedly a couple of MLSers who post here occationally - either Columbus or Chicago guys, I think.
Soccer writer Grant Wahl actually posts here every once in a while...at least when he's looking for someone's living room to crash in and catch a late game!
Fire GM Peter Wilt posts here and there. And someone with the name of "A_Williams" posted a couple of days ago as Andy Williams. I'm not sure, but you can never be sure on these boards.
One of Jamar Besley's friend posts often for him if I remember correctly. On a seperate question, any of the mods know how many people are registered on Bigsoccer.com?
