they finished fifth that is hardly falling apart also he didn't run the team into the ground physically. I am not saying bielsa is a bad coach I am is saying he is a one style fits none style coach who runs his team into the ground in the end. On top of that offers nothing as an assistant because his teams play one style thats it. so him helping to select players, put in another coaches style wouldn't work.
