From the Beeb - Chelsea moved up to third in the Premiership table with a comfortable victory over West Brom.

In a poor game in front of a capacity crowd at Stamford Bridge, the Blues scored either side of half-time to settle matters. -

    3rd in the table?
    Hasslebaink scoring?

CAPACITY CROWD!!! that is soo nice to see! And we're getting virtually a capacity crowd for EVERY home game. IF only the local council had allowed us to build a bigger stadium, then we would not have had to rely on the ludicrous Exec.Boxes. Top attendance for a London team.

    LOL.
36,000 sperz fans never knew there was so many, and the worst of it is they PAY for it an all, fools and their moneys are easily parted, etc
btw- how do i do one of those laughing faces?

But it is good that we can get capacity crowds for WBA, we could easily get a lot more for the bigger games against Pool, Manure, Arse, etc
We could fill a 50,000 stadium easily, especially if the economy was doing better and in the future when there'll be more people and that, you know populations increase, etc. We are going to need to expand at some point in the not-to-distant future.

    Take your pick mate

I think we have reached the max we can, with the stadium, the the local council and the H and S board will allow us.
There was a provision written into the agreement with the Fulham council that we would not exceed a certain amount of people when we finally got permission for the new west stand.

I'm not exactly sure ofthe ins and outs of it but it had a lot to do with the congestion and the neighbours bitching.

There was a link i had on the CAG board a while ago-but i think it's gone.I'll try to dig it up if i can.

Don't talk to me about the idiots in planning at H&F council.

Congestion after games? These idiots have alowed the new shops at Fulham Broadway to put up fancy railings between the pavement and the road right up to the entrance of the tube station.

So now after the game the pavement is blocked off by ploice and everyone is squezed into a tighter space trying to get into the Station it is chaos.

i did notice there seemed to be more

congestion on the road than last spring. I hadn't even realized that all those new shops were springing up until I came out of the tube. I avoided the tube at all costs after the match, ended up drinking in Bootsy's all night. The next day was quite a long one.
