What's the best soccer news site? I used to check out ONEFOOTBALL.com everyday, but it went away about a year ago. Now I check out planetfootball, soccernet, yahoo soccer or soccerage.com..........but none of these was as good as onefootball.com. I like to see European news, rumors and stuff..
    Anybody got any good sites????

I think this thread comes up from time-to-time, but I still prefer soccernet.com, even though it is now part of espn.com.

http://www.soccerage.com for English and Italian league coverage as well as updates from leagues around the globe. Also, the best site if you can speak a dozen or so languages.

But try Newsnow.co.uk if you want a ton of news about English footy and English club teams.

As for coverage of American footy I think MLSnet.com does a good job for the league and also posts articles of soccer from American media almost daily so you can just go there to find interesting pieces about MLS sides etc...

    Also ussoccerplayers.com ain't bad.

Cyber soccer does European News? Someone didn't read the post ;)

Onefootball was good, I think they went into Ananova. Planetfootball's good, but maybe best say Sky Sports, BBC is wank. ITVsport is good for EPL.

You're asking for European news, so yeah, that links page is your best bet.

Also, Newsnow.co.uk as mentioned is very good too.

Oops, guess I should start reading a little more carefully. www.nationwide.co.uk/football/ gives you good English news...not so much European though.

Yeah, thats' good, and say you wanted to focus on a specific club, you juts type it into Yahoo. Most UK clubs Premiership to Division Three have at least 10 sites per club.

    Check out UEFA.com

UEFA.com is an outstanding website if you're interested in European soccer/football. I just finished watching highlights of the 1999 Champions League Final between Manchester United and Bayern Munich, for example.

Best soccer news sites concerning American soccer

The best websites concerning the American soccer scene are probably SI.com, ESPN.com (Soccernet) & MLSnet.com
