Hi I'm an avid video gamer, but I haven't gotten into football management in a while. I mean the last game I played was Champ Man 01 02 till recently (I jus got sick of it, lol). I remember like 2 summers ago a friend lent me Champ Man 4, but I never got around to actually playing it. I'm currently looking for a recent management game that I can get my hands on. Usually, I look for playability (is it too complex? does it take long to really grasp?) and a good amount of leagues and an easy to use editor. These were all qualities CM 01 02 had, but like I said I got tired of it. Which game (for the PC, may I add) would you guys recommend? Metro
Of course I am biased but maybe you should check out SmallBall Football www.smallball.com with this game you train your players in all the skills: running, driving, dribbling, catching, reaction, kick power, aiming, goal tending...etc. Then you play your team against other people's teams. during the match you don't control anything but they are fully animated! I am sure you NEVER have seen a manager style game like this one!
I am looking for something more along the lines of Champ Man... Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated??
Football Manager 2006 is great, its made by the same people that used to do CM. I haven't tried EA's or the new CM games because I can't stop playing FM. Here is the site http://www.sigames.com/ You can buy it from www.gogamer.com and get the european version or wait till it comes out in the US(World Soccer Manager). They are also going to release the game for digital download sometime in the future.
Football Manager is still the addy really. Altho I do hope they will make the game run faster someday,,,
Just saw on that the digital download version of World Wide Soccer Manager (Football Manager 06) can be downloaded now. http://www.shopsega.com/DRHM/servlet/ControllerServlet?...cale=en_US&Env=BASE
