I know it's early ladies and gentlemen, but I was just wanting opinion on who is the best freshmen player in the ACC right now. If we had to pick a rookie of the year, who would it be?

There are some pretty good candidates...UNC's Ford Williams (GK), UVA's Hunter Freeman (D), Maryland's Chris Lancos (D), Wake's Justin Moose (F) are probably the leading candidates right now.

I would add Clemson's Justin Moore and Erwin Diaz of Maryland to this list.

Right now I would have to say Justin Moose. He's scored a few goals. I did play against him in high school and club ball, and that might make my choice a little biast.

I go to Clemson, and Justin Moore is a solid player. He's steady, but hasn't really done anything to stand out yet. Only time will tell what he's capable of.

I say Hunter Freeman! Of course, I've yet to see any ACC teams in action other than UVA and Maryland briefly.

Justin Moose by far. He scored some very good goals already. Plays with some serious confidence.
