Hey guys, Wondering where you recomend watching the game this Saturday. Preferably a place with an adequate number of TVs, and not a sool jip turned sports bar w/ one 12 inch LCD mounted on the wall. Maybe a younger adult crowd. Thanks in advance, Chelito
i dont know much details but a friend of mine said they were showing the games at the staple center. edit: oops didnt read title correctly ^^;;
They are NOT showing the game at the Staples Center. The NHL draft is being held there this weekend. ESPN Zone is where a ton of fans go. I was there to watch the ROK/Greece and ROK/NIGERA games. You have to get their EARLY if you want to get in. To give you an example, for the ROK/Greece game starting at 4:30 a.m., I was there with my friends at 2:00 a.m. and the line was already around the block. I hitting Biergarten in Ktown since they are one of the few places to take reservations. However, they are booked to capacity already, but someone told me that you may be able to reserve a table at some of the other places (Bleu, Bohemians, etc.) Good luck!
I emailed PowerHouse (who had organized Staples Center for Greece game), who told me that there will be no more Staples Center viewings for the rest of the WC.
