Hello, i am currently livining in berlin germany i am from niagara falls canada, and i want to be able to try out for a youth team, i dont not speak very good german its tuff to get into contact with clubs. Can anyone suggest anything or help me out
You might also post in the Germany forum. My son and I were in Austria a couple of years ago. We went over to a park and pick up a couple of guys for 2v2. I'd find a pick up or amateur game (adult or kids) and start asking questions. Most Germans know English, and like to practice it. I'd start with a "sprechen Sie Englisch?" or try to stumble through in German, and they'll volunteer in Englisch.
