Gregg starts, perhaps in midfield, perhaps in the back.

According to the announcer Berhalter was manmarker of Maric. He was involved in the goal, though I can't say whether he is to blame. Ponte was running freely from the left wing to the center and played to Maric, who mas marked by Berhalter. As Ponte ran into the box without opponent, Berhalter decided on marking him - an easy pass of Maric and Ponte would have scored. As Berhalter was leaving Maric and sweeper da Silva tried to mark instead, Maric used the short moment in which there was a gap to score with a dry 18m shot.

Cottbus situation is very bad at the moment. During this week the team captain complained about the bad mood in the team - something that has always been Cottbus' big strength. And additionally their biggest plus - the strength at home - is completely gone this season. At the moment it seems that Cottbus is relegation candidate no 1. Especially odd as the individual players are the best ones Cottbus ever had.
