Benji has always been a fascinating / intriguing player to me. I like this game but can never pinpoint what prevented that leap from intriguing player to USMNT caliber player. Consistency? Orlando system? Nonetheless, nice to see him off to a geat start in Portugal. Hard feat. It’s never been a great stamping ground for YA’s.

I remember when the NE Revs broadcast team described him as a "Haitian international," when at the time, he had 1 US cap and had only been listed on a Haitian call-up roster, but I don't think he even was in camp with them.
