Well at that point we had already been at it for a while. We started during the Michel D'hooghe era. I remember back in 2005 or so our chairman was already appearing on TV complaining how getting even the permit was taking forever. Fast-forward to 16+ years!
We have a permit, but a group of local residents has already lodged an appeal, so it's currently in limbo, yet again.
