There’s nothing like the sensation of a true Galactico signing. It’s been too long.

This would be my personal rating of attacking players based on last season.

    1) Messi
    2) Ronaldo
    3) Mbappe
    4) Hazard
    5) Sterling
    6) Aguero

Neymar missed a good chunk of last season due to injuries. Messi and Ronaldo are still a level above everyone else imo including Mbappe. City easily have three top 10 players in Sterling, Aguero and Bernardo Silva. Just goes to show how stacked they are and how effective Pep's system in the league is. They didn't even miss KDB who was their best player a year ago.

Meanwhile Hazard had Giroud, Pedro and Willian for support in attack. His stats also make a strong case to be the best after Ron/Messi with 21 goals and 17 assists.

Cristiano has been outscored by Benzema this season. Even in Serie A, the likes of Zapata, Piatek & 36-year-old Quagliarella scored more league goals than him. The Portuguese is definitely not "a level above everyone else alongside with Messi".

I haven't the biggest supporter of this transfer, but I'm super excited now that he's here. I think he takes his game to the next level under the coach he's idolized and the team he's dreamed of playing for. Think about it, I don't believe Hazard has played a game in the Bernabeu yet. Quite shocking.

BTW, we needed a season like last season to make these changes that we are making. Sometimes success blinds. Florentino has awoken, the great white shark is back.

+30 goals for 4 or 5 consecutive seasons. People are being incredibly disrespectful excluding him from all these discussions.

Quagliarella squeezed out every match, every minute of that season, 3300 minutes, 37 matches, all as a starter. Ronaldo played 2600, 30 and one as a late sub.

In general, he played less than all players you mentioned.

We all knew it was going to happen, I am glad it didn’t drag on.

We get an enjoyable summer now hopefully. The fun of the presentation. The excitement of watching him in pre season. And still plenty of time for other signings.

My only regret is he didn’t join us earlier in his career. I hope he has the legs for at least three solid years.

As a Belgian, it's a great honour to see our best player sign for my favourite club. I hope he has a fantastic career at Madrid.

I'd put Lewa below Aguero. Feel Lewa has regressed in last couple of years in terms of his overall impact and goes completely invisible if he's not scoring. Hazard and Sterling impact the game in other ways than just scoring.

Auba was very prolific with Dortmund in his last 2.5 seasons and has continued that at Arsenal. If Auba was playing for a team as dominant as Bayern in Germany, he'd have even better stats than he has had in last 4 years imo.

Is there anyway you could use your Belgian connection to get KDB here as well?

Well Lewa at least found some success in UCL (not so much lately) while Aguero and Sterling are nothing to write home about in that competition.

Sterling was good against Spurs. Aguero missed a penalty in first leg which was costly. Right now I'd rate both above Lewa though. Against RM last year and Liverpool tie this season, he wasn't even involved much. I feel he actually played better rushing back from injury in 2016-17 compared to last two seasons.

I was waiting for the Hazard video by Nino.

His channel is pretty awesome, it's mostly Real Madrid related as he appears to be a huge fan.
