If Hazard is fit then it's Vini who gets planted on the bench regardless of form. I think we all know how this works by now.

 

I don’t think he should start vs Gladbach because I doubt he’s fully fit, I’m just saying that a fully fit Hazard starts in his favorite position because he’s simply better than all the alternatives in the squad.

 

Maybe, Zidane seems to like Vinnie so I doubt he benched him if Hazard isn’t actually being productive, we’ll see.

 

One more opportunity to shit on the futbol media: Marca and AS both said Hazard would be out until after the next international break in late November. Wrong by over 3 weeks. COPE got it right

In all honesty when we signed him I knew it was going to be a gamble and not a guarantee success.. One thing I definitely knew for sure was that he would be better than the players we were playing up front.. but being better than Bale, Vini, Asensio, Isco and Lucas does not mean you must be a superstar..
If fans equate $$$ spent with quality and output that is their problem but it is far from reality.
teams have been overpsending ridiculously over the last few years without getting the desired results of their investment.

My point wasn't about the result boosting morale, but the fact is that we lost the game in the CL and missed out on the opportunity to get 3 points, we need to resolve that on Tuesday. We shouldn't be in a position were we are two games into the CL and on zero points, for example.

He doesn't. It's a little difficult to understand him initially.

A few years back he used to do the same with Benzema.. you won't find one such post anymore

So if Hazard proves himself, he would be as happy as u or I or anyone would be.

Until then, Hazard rightfully deserves the flak, although personally I don't like humiliating one of our own players, but you gotta take some responsibility when you are the most expensive signing in the history of the most illustrious club in the world.
