Zizou you front runner, put himself on Hazard’s team. He should know better and put himself on Lucas Vasquez’. Lol.

So, either he or the coach 100% wanted him to duck the Clasico.

If you think I’m going to allow myself to have delusional hope that he is going to return to his world class self.... you would be absolutely right ;)

I think everyone in the club should. That was absolutely not the match to bring him back on.

Hope you lose your money lol.

We can't have almost €200M be useless on the bench or the training table.

In the end, I'm not expecting a return to greatness so I would rather we keep Vinicius on the left and make Hazard have to accommodate him by playing on the right.

This will never happen with Zidane though

Funny how i said that before the Clasico and @Whiteboard thought it was laughable and it proved to be spot on. :D

Yup, better stick with inexperienced teenagers and guys playing off position.

20-30 minutes midweek against Moenchengladbach should suffice, to get him going, hopefully.

Gladbach are a very good team. I think unless we put in clasico effort it will be a tricky match. Don't want anybody out there that doesn't put in 100%.

We have Huesca in the coming weekend. That should be more his pace right now.

My assumption, and hope, is that the guys rightfully put in a strong shift against Gladbach on Tuesday as the Classico League win counts for nothing pitched up against the Shakhtar result. I can see him getting a run out for match fitness purposes.

I don't expect anything else but a full 90 minute set. If Gladbach show up this won't be over at minute 60 for somebody to get some cardio in.

If we're on the backfoot and pushing for a goal, he won't come on, that would be the worse way to introduce him back in.

Better option than rushing a player with no match sharpness for a big game like Kane in CL final or Hazard vs City.

I swear if he starts vs Gladbach i'm going to laugh at this "no rush" idea so hard.

I don't mind if he gets few smaller injuries. He can be as fit as anyone, but he didn't have real game time - it's totally different type of stress on his muscles and tendons. I guess noone was kicking and tackling him while he was running full speed.

I hope he slowly takes over HIS right wing, because the left one rightfully belongs to Vini.

Whether he returns or not is irrelevant. We can't use no "well he got back and he looked ok out there, kind of rusty" stuff, especially in the CL. Team needs to get back on track.

If Hazard is fit he starts on the left, it’s no contest.

No chance the clubs most expensive player in history doesn't auto start when he's ready.

It’s not about price tags, despite the nonsense you read here about Hazard, he is simply a superior player, Vinicius will get there one day, he’s still very young but at the moment vs a fit Hazard it’s no contest.

He should be the superior player, its the most expensive Real Madrid player in the history of the club vs a teenager. Hazard should be amongst the best to ever play for the club, not compete against a guy in his third season in European football.

The demands for him should be superstar level, not "well he's better than some guy learning the ropes".
