ok, today i went to buy 3 months of supporter at hattrick. So i entered all my info and stuff until it got to this popup window part.. When it did, i fillled out the popout window. Then i exited that and it said Continue 3 times, but each one was incase the popout window didnt load, but it did, so now im not sure if i confirmed it. If I do purchase supporter, doesnt it happen immediatley after i payh? I havent even gotten an email yet
If you purchased it, you would have it immediately. I'd suggest contacting contacting their support or something or to orders@hattrick.org.
can you check to make sure i became a supporter? I cant find any supporter options or see the players faces or change the uniforms or anything
Ok, faces and shirt number work, but i cant find where i click to change kit color, change logo, or support a team. I also cant find where you go to rename your supporters club
There is either a pull-down menu or a set of links on the right side of the main team page. The pull-down menu drops further than you think. All the options you are looking for are there.
