Robbie Keane scores in the 10th minute. apparently it was an impressive goal from around the penalty spot.

don't know how much you can take from it but the BBC rate the players thing has Beasley at 5.78 only city players rated higher are Ireland and Mpenza

that's between 5 off colour and 6 average

With Mpenza producing possibly his finest performance in a City shirt, the visitors pinned Spurs back in their own half as the likes of DaMarcus Beasley and Ireland dominated the midfield.

Robinson again proved Spurs' saviour on the hour mark when (warning: pigs can fly) Beasley rose highest to send a looping header towards the top corner that the England number one tipped over the bar on the stretch.

sounds like Beasley had a decent game. BBC fan rating is 6.18 with only Mpenza and Ireland rated higher.

I think the real question on Beasley at Man City is whether Man City are going through another of their phases of thinking they're a bigger club than they really are. If they're going through one of their delusional spells, they'll let him go and sign someone with trumped-up credentials who will "underachieve" when he gets there. If not, maybe they'll keep him.
