I been wanting to give beach soccer a try. Any one know of any tournaments up here in northern Ohio/ southern Michigan. Any tips on how to ref beach soccer and of course any thing that happened in your beach soccer games as well as any thing else related to beach soccer is welcome here.
Don't you need an ocean or sea to have a beach? None of those in Ohio or Michigan last time I checked.
Michigan has the second most coastline of any state, after Alaska. There are a couple of beach soccer tournaments in the state every year. One in the Detroit burbs and one in South Haven, if I recall correctly. I think Shrews assigns them both.
Found the name of the tournament it is called Soccer In The Sand Detroit Does anyone know the pay scale for it.
You realize very few have aspirations of being a Beach Soccer Referee, right? And if they do, it's because Plan A & Plan B didn't pan out as they had hoped; not because the money is any good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Where I am from not much soccer goes on in the summer. So I just wanted to figure out a way to bring in some extra dough in the summer
You don't need to have an ocean or a sea to have a beach...just a large body of water like Lake Erie.
