I think Besiktas should sign an Italian defens player. Legrotaglie is great choice age quality and experianced vise.
Besiktas definitely need to sort out their defence, signing Egeman was a step forward. Ersan Gullum would be great but his price is way too high. First thing is first though, Besiktas need a good defence its currently awful.
