Maybe Maccabi TA will upset, the Munich giants.......NOT! I just don't see anything but Bayern beating up on Maccabi Tel-Aviv. My prediction is 3-0 FT.

yesssss, we've scored 12 goals in 4 games, so why not put another 3 or 4 nice goals into Tel aviv's net.

I know it's not easy as they will defence deeply on the own half, like 11 defenders in front of the goal but as soon as we score 1 goal, things will change quick , hope it's an early goal. :D

Here are sthe standings as of now

    Juventus 12
    Bayern 6
    Ajax 3
    M. Tel-Aviv 3

The way Ajax have been playing (discounting this weekend) has not been up to par. I can see Tel-Aviv fighting for the UEFA cup place. They have nothing to lose.

The way we are playing we should have no problem with a victory, but with Bayern they can get lazy -real quick. I have yet to see naything on injuries from Saturday so I would assume that they are going to continue with the same lineups, though it would be nice to see Guerrero start one.

Makaay came off injured against Kaiserslautern, so maybe Guererro will start. Bayern-Maccabi 3-0 (1-0)

I know Maccabi is out of it. But Bayern needs a miracle to overcome Juventus, who is playing very tough.

technically--they can't. They can tie them on points, but Juventus still takes it cuz they beat us twice. At least that is how I think they run the group phase.

Who would have ever thought that... 12 goals! IN 4 Games... and only what, one by Makaay?

Playing against 11 defenders in their own half should not be something new... hell, they just played that against Bochum a week ago! :)

no, i think makaay scored 2(hanover and stuttgart), Guerrero 4, and Pizza 2, Owen 1, Ballack 1, frings 1 ;)

so Pizza and Makaay are equal :D :p though Pizza could have made a hat trick on the Kaiserlautern match and ballack was just unluck not to score a goal. He had more than 10 shots that evening. :p

No changes... no NEED for changes. Lets keep up the 3 goal games and we all hear will be happy campers!! ...provided we don't give up three ourselves. =\

    Report on FCBAYERN.de --
"I expect we will win this match without any problems," said the Bayern coach

Brimming with confidence... not a good sign... I have seen the end of this film before. Are we being set up here? I hope to God not.

Gametime - 2 hours and counting...

Talking to myself isn't unusual if you know me or my posts... it just isn't as fun as talking with you all... ;)

UEFA.com has the Munich lineup unchanged from Saturday's Bundesliga lineup:

    ................Kahn
    Sagnol Lucio Kovac Brazzo
    ...............Ballack
    Hargreaves.....Schweinsteiger
    ...............Frings
    .....Makaay....... Pizarro

    Nice bench today:
Ze Roberto, Deisler, Demichelis, Kuffour, Scholl, Guerraro, Rensing.

Ahhh... someone joins me! Pizarro is stepping up for Makaay's absence in the scoring sheet. Or perhaps he feels the pressure of fellow countryman Guerraro. Either way,

    1-0 Bayern 12' (Pizarro)

Salihamidzic looks impressive at the moment, he almost scored a goal but the defender just cleared the ball off the line.

Hell, what's going on, Schweinsteiger is subs by Scholl on 29, too early. Is he injured? He'd been providing much of the attacking threat for Bayern :(

Losing Schweinsteiger is a big blow for us, he's a hard working midfielder and great in going forward. Scholl is too old to play in the 1st half.

Anyway, as i mentioned above Salihamidzic is on fire today :D
