The catch for you won't be finding a pub (as you can see by the listings there are plenty), but in finding a pub that will show that particular game. Make sure you call ahead to confirm. Good luck!
Best bet is to find a place that's open at that hour for the Premiership crowd and ask them to put the U20 game on one of the TV's. It's on Galavision, so any place should be able to get the match, it just depends on how helpful/welcoming/Eurosnobbish the people are.
