Evidently Dixville Notch hasn't gone Democratic since 1968.

    Tea leaves ...

Might be pulling an all nighter here doing school work. I honestly might just go line up for the 6AM opening at my polling place later this morning instead of going home for a few hours sleep.

    Too excited.

I'm leaving work early tomorrow so that I can start watching the election coverage :)

I'm hoping I'll get home before polls on the east coast close....considering I'm way out west.

I couldn't help myself and already cracked my bottle of whiskey tonight.

It was bottled while they were listening to the Dropkick Murphys.

Up, wearing all blue, drinking coffee, and about to set off to my polling place in a few minutes to stand in line with all the other hopeful, early bird liberals. Have the kiddies tonight, so I won't even be able to turn on the TV until 9 or so.

Ah, who am I kidding. My daughter can miss SpongeBob for one night.

I don't want to interfere and I don't want to jinx it but if Barack Obama wins it can I just say congratulations to the American people. Europeans often arrogantly assume that they're far more tolerant and less conservative than the Americans but I can't see it happen any time soon that my country gets its first black prime minister - and I can't think of a single western European country that ever did have a black prime minister.

So a heartfelt respect from a European to all of you.

I didn't get an "I Voted!" sticker. Bullshit, yo.

A CNN anchor just asked a pundit, "If Obama wins, is this the end of race relations as we know it?" Ummm, what?

Per CNN, 5 of 7 voting machines at a polling place in Richmond have broken down. They have shifted to paper ballots, and have deployed additional machines to the polling place.
