Culés: During my latest hopeless quest to transfer most of my VHS tapes to DVD, I came across a 5 minute bit from a 1998 Futbol Mundial episode about Barça's recent title triumph. It's about 23 megs and the audio is pretty bad. Nonetheless, it's definitely worth a look. I found a real gem last night: The June 17, 2001 Rivaldo Show against Valencia in its entirety (I think). This one will probably get a DVD treatment, but I can probably make a torrent out of it also. I'll let you know when it's done.
This was, imho, the single greatest virtuoso performance by a Barca player, EVER. I may be wrong, since I can't vouch for any pre 1990's performance, but I doubt there's anything better. Good luck in putting it online.
I still got goosebumps when I watched the 3rd goal a couple of days ago. Since Barça's not on until 8PST on GolTV I'll probably do it tomorrow morning. It'll definitely go on DVD. Widescreen even.
