Can some explain to me exactly how does fans being banned for life for improper conduct work in other countries and does it work? Reason I ask is because i wanted to know it's feasability here in the US for our sports.

yea I am curious about this also. How does it work? Also does the team have a relationship with the supporters clubs? just the official club, or the unofficial ones as well?

How does it work? Just like a normal stadiumban.

At Ajax they have lists of all stadiumbans and you have to show ID at entrance so they can check.
Besides that your season ticket or other club card is blocked.

Bans for life are only given for real nasty things and are very rare.

That's different everywhere, and of course they have a relationship with the official clubs. The club owns them.
