Here is a preview of the tournament. It looks to be a pretty good one. I give the edge to Latvia, they are playing really well right now. Link:http://www.euro2004.com/competitions/euro/news/kind=1/newsid=64984.html
I think Estonia will take the 2003 Baltic Cup. They are playing at home, and they have had some impressive results over the past few months (beat Canada and tied Bulgaria). Lithuania and Latvia have also been playing pretty good over the past few months. Baltic soccer has certainly improved quickly over the last year or two.
Is it an old or new stadium? Canada played in Tallinn a few months ago, and the stadium looked new (seated about 15,000).
