I think Estonia will take the 2003 Baltic Cup. They are playing at home, and they have had some impressive results over the past few months (beat Canada and tied Bulgaria).

Lithuania and Latvia have also been playing pretty good over the past few months. Baltic soccer has certainly improved quickly over the last year or two.

Anyone know if Estonia is still playing in that itty-bitty stadium in Tallinn??

Is it an old or new stadium? Canada played in Tallinn a few months ago, and the stadium looked new (seated about 15,000).
