I got this Nike Seitiro Hi-Vis the other day I've had hi-vis balls before but this one seems much brighter than past versions.
Haha same here. Although all my comrades hate my jobulani "its like a ballon" they say. I've been using my tracer a lot more lately but at a price point of $150 it sure doesn't feel like it. Not worth half the price IMO. The jobulani is a keeper's nightmare. I like how it just pings off your touches. I love taking shots with it and juggling.
I have the adidas champions league ball that retail 150, but got it for 60. Feels different than jabulani. Doesn't move as much when you strike, but find that it bends a lot better. Anyone know the equivalent for nike?
Well that's a top end ball so you'd be looking at the seitiro by Nike for the same type of ball. appleCORR
Has anyone trained with futpro? http://www.soccertoplay.com/futworks.html And If so what did you think?
Thanks apple, do you or anyone else prefer the seitiro or the adidas champions league? And how do they differ?
i apologies if this has been mentioned earlier. how much do you need to pump up the ball ? just i got a ball a Nike Total 90 Pitch Premier League Football 2011/12 it was only a £10 ball. i originally pumped it up until if you squeezed it between your hands there was very little give, so when we went and played with it, it was near impossible to get lift or strike it any substantial distance. is it because its just a cheap ball ? or are all balls like striking a brick when the pumped up to with in an inch of there lives ?
Just try letting a bit of air our of it. I usually blow mine up so they have a bit of give when you push your thumbs into it. The problem with cheap balls is that when you blow them up they tend to become rock hard and really bouncy because the material on the outside of the ball has no give, you don't need it like a rock, just make it comfortable for heading. If it hurts your head then it's too hard. appleCORR

id suggest this one http://www.prodirectsoccer.com/Prod...all-Football-Balls-BlackVoltSilver-37556.aspx as its designed to be a hardwearing ball
have a look on the sports direct website, they have a good selection and its quite a bit cheaper than pro direct. the official champions league ball is 58 where its like 81 on pro direct
then id say just go for something cheap thats bright, and obviously that you like! go for mid range price
hi i play on astro grass aswell and i have a bluey/aqua prem league ball and its totally scuffed with black marks from playing on that surface, just saying black might not be too bad of an idea, then again if you dont care about the marks
What do you use to clean the marks off? Nail polish remover??? Soap and water plus elbow grease won't get the scuffs off my Nike Tracer.
here is what is use to clean my Adidas Finale Rome Final ball: the ball sponge with hard green surface like this one with cif and water
I have this ball http://www.soccer.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&Ne=178&N=4294960224+650&Product_Id=3473033 It looks similar to one you posted. I play indoor on turf with the rubber beads surrounded by hockey style walls and glass. It is resistant to marks from the rubber in the turf. Instead of big black marks you get light grey marks. It has also taken no visible damage from being kicked against the walls.
The cif tips a great one, just tried it on my Adidas ball that was grey because of the turf beads. It's now back to its normal colour, I could have got more of the scuffs off if I put a bit more elbow grease into it, but to be honest it will just get scuffed again so didn't bother. It also works on the synthetic Adizeros to get the black scuffs off appleCORR
I bought a Nike T90 Tracer a while back in an outlet mall in the States for 60$ . Has anyone else noticed that the ball has very poor air retention? I'll pump the ball up until its pretty hard and after a few days it becomes soft. Any help? Thank you
Anyone tried the new euro ball tango? I bought it for our league, we were playing with tracer and jabulani before but, personnaly, I don't like it at all..don't like the feeling of it..is that just me or?
