Good luck with the publishing deadlines. I do think it is optimistic to think you can make two picks by logging on twice each day "if others are on schedule". For someone who seems to want an entire draft done to your specifications you seem to have little care for doing the things that most everyone else has bought into. FWIW, I also think the draft should be done via time-zones.
