No more comments needed on the match at Hertha.

Gladly we can´t get this biased c*** s***** at the cup matches.

    A horrible referee performance:

    - 3 not given penalties (1 for Hertha).
    - no red card for a Hertha player
    - referee didn´t see a foul before the 2-1

I overreacted, but referee Rafati p***** me off. Guys like him
(and some others like Fleischer, Aytekin, Bruch) make horrendous
mistakes every week and the DFB doesn´t seem to care.

The good thing is, that the match was only important for getting
    self-confidence for the cup matches.

Ok, I cooled down. Colleagues at work have worse problems than us
(Gladbach, Bochum fans). And Hertha can prolly use the points more than us.
It´s just sad, because we controled the match most of the time, but couldn´t get a result for the self-confidence before the important matches.

    Wanna see him? :D

Well, I don't rate him highly either ... but when I saw him in Fürth (against 1860), he did a good job.

I don't share your opinion concerning Aytekin (who's from Fürth/Oberasbach btw, and was my own referee a few years ago when I played Bezirks- and Landesliga). IMO he's one of the better refs despite being a rookie ... and "Kicker" confirms me:

    Funny thread.
I always see Rafati jogging around the lake here. Should I greet him next time I see him?

Aytekin, another great man, doesn't he own that shady internet firm where you can phone for about 5€/minute to get someone read your horoscope out to you?

    Re: Referee bashing thread [R]

I come from time to time myself to Hannover and also to the Maschsee... *psycho laughing*

... but Mr. Rafati doesn´t need to be scared. ;) Everybody can make mistakes, but the mistakes in that match were a bit harsh. And to be honest, I didn´t see a convincing performance by him. Prolly I made a bit easy by critisizing him instead of players like Niemeyer missing clear sitters, but as already said, the mistakes were harsh and so my reaction was, too.

    I just saw this thread.

May I say I agree - WORST referee in Germany by a mile!!!!

Seriously, the guy makes a match-changing error every second game. He's horrible.

I've noticed this week in week out for 3 seasons or so now, well, since he's been reffing in I. Liga. Only good thing is is that he seems unbiased towards any sides, so over time all the sides in the league get equally unlucky through his various horrendous calls :D
