I typed out a really long in depth post, but i lost her. What do you think is the best to improve your game by yourself. Juggling with smaller balls ? Playing off the wall ? Just trying to get a discussion started, looking for new and personal ideas. I have a great school by my house in canada, its perfect for playing off the wall, helps you touch on the run and your front, side, volleys. Adu use to play off the wall non stop in Ghana i read in an article.
Yea you can practice a lot of things off the wall.I live in Montreal and as crazy as it may sound,I can't even find one small wall to practice off in my area lol. If I practice off a building wall the residents ask me to leave and basically there are no other places where I could actually practice.Once I even walked 20 mins to find a "free" wall without windows or people living there but I still got kicked out because it was a private residence lol,it's driving me nuts and I'm not even going to talk about the weather...
You can also just lay out 6-8 soda cans and do your moves on them as fast as you can with a good acceleration. I think walls are the best for praticing because you don't have to chase the ball. Also, you can call up a few people and play some small games.
