If anyone still hasn't booked their hotel in Amsterdam next week, I have found an excellent deal for the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky. They have a midweek special for 139 euros. Rooms are still available at this late date. The Grand is a five star hotel, located right on Dam square(next to the europub). It considered the top hotel in the city. Just to give you an idea of what great deal this is, the IBIS Hotel at central station which is two stars (similar to a Hampton Inn) is charging 150 euros.
