What time do the parking lots open?
When are you able to enter the stadium?
    and
    How much does parking cost?

    Thanks........

I believe parking lots open 3 hours early, gates 90 minutes and there's no charge for parking.

Game is at 7 per the teams website, so gates open at 4, 5 or so you'd be able to get in the stadium, parking is free

I have another question. Are you allowed to sell tickets outside the stadium or parking lot (face value of course)?

Scalping is actually legal in Kansas, so if you're selling at face value, there definitely isn't a problem. On the Missouri side, you'd have to get a permit to sell anything or you can get in trouble.

Ya, it's legal with the permit. They actually made it legal right before a big Chiefs game. It might have been the playoff game back in January 2011 (I can't remember). I just remember seeing a story on the news with a line around the block with guys who wanted a permit to sell tickets for that game. You have to go down to city hall and buy one. I'm not sure if the permit is an annual thing or a just a daily thing however. Before that, you couldn't scalp at all. And you can still only do it in the parking lot. For instance, at the Truman sports complex, once you step foot on the concrete right outside the stadium, team officials are all over your ass. Because the teams still don't like it.

Personally, I don't care if you have a ticket:
