Got back from my locacl shop today after trying on both shoes. They both felt tight on my paddle like feet, but as they are Kangaroo they will stretch so no problem. My one concern though, the Aveiro is cemented and rivited to the upper where the Legend is only cemented. Anyone know which one is better for me in terms of durability? Anticipate any problems? Sole seperation? Thanx
Well I only have supernovas which are the earlier avieros and they have lasted me 2 and a half years without any seperation. I also havnt heard any complaints about the leather on the legends.
I've had the new Aveiro IIs for the past few months and they are holding up beautifully and the leather is super soft.....No sole probs.....The only complaint I have is that they used a little too much cement and a little is visible along the edge of the sole and leather.....probably just a little less workmanship as they are samples.......
Those new aveiro look awesome. I really wouldn't mind a pair...surprise surprise I want a pair of boots...
