Aug. 21 Game v. Chelsea, Modesto area viewing???

I will be in that area for the game and am desperate to see it. The game will be in SF and San Jose but its too far to go. I can use my relative's car for only short trips. Can anyone help me find somewhere fairly close to Modesto that will have the game? Its probably going to be PPV. I don't mind paying a fee for a pub or private resident.

i'm kinda wondering if i can get a ticket to the game..
if not, i guess ill settle for watching from a pub in islington.
