99 Kruger's CF partner thinks he can play in 1BL.
BILD: Will we see your storm partner Florian Krüger in Aue next season?

Testroet: “Flo still has a year contract. But there are two heart valves in my chest. On the one hand, I hope that he stays and that we still score many goals together. On the other hand, I would like him to be allowed to take the next step. We have all become footballers to play in the Bundesliga, and certainly Flo too. He has had a great development, 16 scorer points are damn strong for a 21-year-old. All doors are open to him upwards. "

The U17 Champs of each region this season are,

    Mainz U17 in Sud/Sudwest.
with players like Reuther, Kraft, Schmidt, Bobzien, Trujillo etc

Mainz U17 coach seems to hint that like 3 could eventually make the 1st team. I've seen some excitement for Reuther and Kraft as that's one LB and one RB. And clubs usually struggle to dev fullbacks....

    Koln U17 in West
with players like Wirtz (bailed to Bayer in Winter), Castrop, Schmid, Urbig,Suchanek (spent most of the season injured) 04-Diehl, etc There are like 3-4 players I'm curious to see how they dev in U19.

Hertha U17 in Nord/Nordost (sans 03-Netz who was playing U19 and if it weren't for injury would have made his 1BL debut this season.)
with players like Rolke, Kesik, Abdullatif, 04-Kade, 04-Yilidirim, 04-Hadziadvic, 04-Gechtner

not really the clubs one would expect to be champs. But still interesting 03-04s who helped them win their u17 divisions.

-02 W Ennali of Schalke U19 is moving to H96 U19. Continuing the recent trend of H96 poaching from Schalke players due to having ex Schalke guy at the club. Ennali has been a journeyman in youth levels. He barely played this season and I recall for one game, where Schalke U19 got trashed that Elgert trashed his whole team save for Ennali who he praised.

-Kiel U19 01-L.Wolf moving to Lubeck II, 1st team is in 3rd Liga.

-More on 99 CF Kruger, declared winner of the season.
    Kruger: winner of the season
FC Erzgebirge had made it perfect ahead of time. In the end, alongside 47 points, there were 46 goals on the credit side. The Auer have scored more goals as a second division last season in the 2007/08 season. Schuster cannot understand that the “violets” were accused of a destructive way of playing every now and then: “The scoring speaks for itself. Anyone who has primarily seen our games at home against Dresden, St. Pauli or HSV or also the away appearances in Kiel or at FC St. Pauli and then basically speaks of defensive football must have this opinion exclusively. But I can live with that."

Even if the former national player likes to pay tribute to the performance of the entire team, he does give a name when asked which of his players stood out particularly positively. “Florian Krüger literally saved us the most valuable thing with one or two goals and provided crucial points. You can say a little bit about the winner of the season, ”said Schuster.

    Get a good transfer result
The 21-year-old Krüger, who scored seven goals and contributed nine goal assists, still has a contract in Aue until 2021. Most of the top performers are even contractually bound to the club until 2023. After his vacation, Schuster wants to work with the FCE board to advance the squad planning for the coming season. "I can already say that due to the Corona crisis, we will reduce our squad for economic reasons. But that does not mean that we will be worse off, ”said club boss Helge Leonhardt.

Heidenheim Promotion to 1BL playoff game 1.
Dorsch and K.Sessa were in XI while D.Otto was a 20 min sub vs Bremen.

    FT, 0-0.

so random, 00-K.Sessa is unused bench almost all season but starts one of the most important games of the season. I thought he played well but only lasted 58 min due to fitness/injury problems. Could be interesting to see what happens if Heidenheim manages to pull upset.

    Double Schalke update.
    -On Youth.
#Schneider : We will continue into the @knappenschmiede
invest. Can Bozdogan is a shining example. Together with Norbert Elgert and his colleagues, we continue to pursue the path.

Schalke has youth prospects in every age groups. And I said it from day 1, it doesn't matter for 1 second how the U19 does since you don't/won't promote the entire team. Just promote the best ones, like 01-Bozdogan and 01-Thiaw for 01s and no need for more.

-99 Hanraths goes from Gladbach II to Schalke II......

originally I wouldn't be into this transfer but with their triple 97s getting chances and massive debts and need to sell 1st teamers. There could be chances from Schalke II to 1st team.

    also
However, ten players will leave Schalke U23 this summer: The expiring contracts of Christian Eggert, Philip Fontein, Berkan Firat, Eric Gueye, Randy Gyamenah, Jan Eric Hempel, Mike Jordan, Sandro Plechaty, Jonathan Riemer and Umar Sarho will not be extended. "We would like to thank all players for their great commitment at FC Schalke 04 and wish them all the best for their future," said U23 manager Gerald Asamoah.

-Now more reports saying that 03-Breitenbucher has Chelsea/Liverpool interest but also Schalke.
FC Schalke 04 could strengthen its youngsters with a hopeful talent from TSG Hoffenheim. According to information from 'Spox.com' and 'Goal.com', a request from the Royal Blues for offensive all-rounder Nick Breitenbuch has been received in Kraichgau.

The 17-year-old is one of Hoffenheim's greatest talents, has contributed a whopping 13 goals and three assists in 16 games in the B-Junior Bundesliga. However, this has not only brought Schalke to the future, who will focus primarily on young players, but according to the two portals also Liverpool FC and Chelsea FC.

    2 01s sign pro contracts at 2BL Osnabruck, 01-Auge a Midfielder and 01-Traore a W.

    Osnabruck
    97-Ouahim (poached by Morocco)
98-Agu (moving to Bremen this Summer), Amenyido, Klaas, Schmidt (on loan from Bremen until 2021, that 3 year plan crap)
99-Moller, returns from RL loan where he played close to 1300 min.
    00-Beckenmeyer
    01-Auge and Traore

always interesting seeing pro contracts for players at lesser known Academies. Traore being a W adds yet another 01 non CF attacker. There seems to be a ton of them that are 1BL-2BL.

TWO YOUNG PLAYERS RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTS
    JULY 3, 2020VFL-NEW PROFESSIONALS
VfL Osnabrück has provided Marc Augé and Hakim Traoré from the U19 of their own youth academy (NLZ) with professional contracts for the 2020/21 season. This gives two other home-grown plants the opportunity to demonstrate their talent in the license area as they prepare for the upcoming season.

The extraordinary DFB Bundestag had decided to cancel the 2019/2020 season of the junior competitions. The three seasons of the A-Junior Bundesliga, the three seasons of the B-Junior Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal of the juniors will not be continued. The delegates followed the proposal of the DFB Youth Committee and the opinion of the DFB Federal Youth Day. For VfL Osnabrück, this decision meant, among other things, the promotion of the purple and white U19s to the A-Junior Bundesliga after the team of coach Florian Fulland was at the top of the table after 17 games. Part of the promotion team included Marc Augé and Hakim Traoré, who have each signed a professional contract for the 2020/21 season.

"Marc Augé and Hakim Traoré have not only played a significant role in the promotion to the A-Junior Bundesliga with their performances in the past season, they have also worked through the years before to work with the coaching team of the summer preparation Show license area and prove their talent. Both can use these weeks to draw attention to themselves without pressure. The coaching team will take this time at the same time to get an even more precise picture of the two players, ”explains VfL sports director Benjamin Schmedes.

Marc Augé moved from TuS Glane to the VfL Osnabrück youth academy in 2012. Hakim Traoré found his way from SV Rasensport Osnabrück to Lila-Weißen - also in 2012. Both have gone through all U-teams since U12 in VfL's NLZ and have already been used in professional test games.

Alexander Ukrow, head of youth football at VfL: "The professional contracts for Marc Augé and Hakim Traoré are not only an expression of the efficient work with limited opportunities in the youth performance center, they are further evidence of the sustainable integration between youth and professional football at VfL Osnabrück." U19 coach Florian Fulland adds: “Marc Augé and Hakim Traoré have earned the contracts with attractive performance and positive development. We will continue to support both of them closely within the club and are excited to see how they will take the leap from the U19 regional league to the professional squad of a second division team. ”

00 LB Kleinhansl extends his expiring contract with Stuttgart to start in RL, never played RL due to II being in OL last season. While 00-Batzner confirmed leaving, wonder where next for him? And these are 2 players who trained a lot with 1st team during season.

I'm curious if Kleinhansl is given any 1st team chances next season or not? I don't trust Stuttgart with all the young cbs they have they are interested in 96-Anton. So when will they be ready for chances when they are mid-20s? Kleinhansl feels like will only get chances if injuries/suspensions to others assuming they don't play players out of position at LB just to not play the young one......

    Florian Kleinhansl extends his contract
The 19-year-old left-back will continue to appear in the jersey with the red chest ring.

Florian Kleinhansl has extended his expiring contract and is therefore still part of the U21 squad. The 19-year-old left-back came to VfB in summer 2018, won the junior DFB Cup with the U19 in 2019 and celebrated promotion to the regional league last season, where he made 20 appearances, scored once and prepared six goals.

"We are delighted that Florian, another talent with high development potential from our NLZ, has decided to stay with VfB. Florian has developed very well both in the U19 and especially in the transition to the U21, which in our view is far from complete. We are all the happier to continue on the path he has chosen, ”says Thomas Krücken, director of the Sport Nachwuchsleistungszentrum.

Despite intensive efforts by those responsible at VfB, Nick Bätzner has decided against continuing on the path together and will leave VfB Stuttgart. VfB Stuttgart regrets this decision, thanks for its commitment and wishes Nick all the best and good luck.

and we have an answer for where to next for 00-Batzner.
Kleinhansl stays, Bätzner moves to Belgium
Hanging out for two talents" we recently titled (see ticker from June 24th, 9.44am) - since both Nick Bätzner and Florian Kleinhansl hesitated to extend their contracts, which expired on June 30th. Both were in the winter training camp in Marbella in the squad of Pellegrino Matarazzo as supplementary players and had licked blood accordingly, wanted to contract training assignments with the professionals.

Now it is clear: Kleinhansl remains with the white-red, signed until 2022 and will look for his chance in the U21. Bätzner, on the other hand, has decided to leave VfB. Where he is going is still open. The Belgian club KV Oostende, where former VfB player Alex Blessin is head coach, is under discussion.
    https://www.stuttgarter-nachrichten...188ac-d8ee-4900-98f3-11f7985f6292.html?u19neu

Stuttgart fans seem glad that Kleinhansl stayed since harder to find good LB over an attacking player like Batzner.

seems to be Belgium and 1st division as well. This is why I think the German pyramid scheme is shit. If Batzner stays in Germany he ends up in 3rd Liga-RL unlikely to play 1BL-2BL. But if you go to abroad our players jump directly to 1st division and Belgium does seem to be scouted league. So much much easier to move if you do well than if you stay in Germany and have to climb up and take years and years to do so.

to simply put it the German pyramid scheme isn't really efficient one. Especially for all the players who don't jump directly to 1st team.

    some Hoff updates.
-TM lists 01 GK Klein (promising GK) as moving to 1st team. Likely to be 3rd -4th GK or something.
-Officially 02 CF Asllani didn't move to Hoff U19 but to Hoff II. Playing vs Adults instead of kids. This about II training mentions the Ins and outs of II, and Asllani is in IN.
    https://www.tsg-hoffenheim.de/aktuelles/news/2020/07/trainingsstart-auftakt-in-die-mammutsaison/

    -TM has
03-Calhanoglu, Conte,Lassig, Boff, Breitenbucher, Konig, Bahr, Djuric, Noll

Noll and Calhanoglu both played U19 this past season.

and surprise addition seems like 04-Tohmucu is also moving to U19. Wonder if 04-Frauendorf is indeed moving?

01 RB Asta is fit again after injuring himself in Winter Camp and 7 months out. Wasted a chance to add to his 2 1BL games, as he likely would have gotten at least 1 game.

German youth and wasting good chances....

In the meantime, one of Norbert Elgerts U19 talents made his debut in the Bundesliga: Can Bozdogan was on the pitch in the ghost game in the VELTINS Arena against Bayer Leverkusen (1-1). The midfielder was also used for royal blue against Eintracht Frankfurt and SC Freiburg. "Can had to struggle with his knee injury before Corona came. He hasn't played football for several months, but immediately played a promising role in the professional team. Of course I'm very happy about that, ”said Elgert. Malick Thiaw, who made his Bundesliga debut against TSG Hoffenheim before the Corona break and also collected time in the ghost games, showed good signs, said the U19 coach. “We have a very good, constructive and goal-oriented exchange with David Wagner,” continues Elgert. “In his view, the two boys did it well. We agreed on that. "

With Kerim Calhanoglu (* 26.08.2002) and Luca Campanile (* 27.02.2003) the S04 signed two players from the youth team of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. The 17-year-old Calhanoglu played for Hoffenheim's A-Juniors in the U19 Bundesliga South / Southwest last season. The midfielder played a total of 14 games for the German U17 and U16 national team. Elgert describes the newcomer as a "technically good footballer with a high level of game intelligence", who, like Campanile, is considered a leading player. Campanile, who wore the captain's armband at TSG U17 in the past season, finds his position in defense. "Luca is ambitious, can sweep away his teammates and has good speed," said Elgert.

Elias Kurt (* 03/27/2003) led the U17 team from Eintracht Frankfurt on the pitch last season as captain. The ambitious midfielder played a total of eight games for the German U17 and U16 selection.
    https://schalke04.de/knappenschmiede/vorbereitung/u19-startet-in-die-sommervorbereitung/

so Schalke poached Frankfurt and Hoffenheim U17 captains. Would guess for now that for 02 age groups that Can Aydin (very flexible) and Calhanoglu are the 1st team prospects. Not sure yet about the rest. Of course someone could go to Schalke II and still get chances.

No point in 03s for now since Schalke usually doesn't make players play 1BL until U19 is over. And next season is year 1/2 in U19 for 03s. Although they seem excited about Campanile due to being a RB and poached Kurt on top of all their 03s who move up from U17 and seems like there could be numerous prospects there. 04 already looks to have MIN 2 potential players, which includes a CF in 04-Kojic who could be 1st CF of relevance there since 00-Kutucu, 4 years.

Ex Schalke 1st team coach and ex Stuttgart Youth coach Tedesco praises the Stuttgart 00s. I still question whether Stuttgart will integrate or not.

Tedesco on time in Stuttgart: "2000 VfB really outstanding"
Before Tedesco's Erzgebirge Aue (2017) was also successful in the professional field for the first time, the Italian-born was already active in the youth field at VfB Stuttgart and Hoffenheim - "very big personal milestones and successes" for him. Tedesco said: “VfB's 2000 vintage is really outstanding. It is so incredibly difficult to get one from the U9 to the U19 at all, let alone the professionals, but I had a few guys in the U9 who went a long way. ”

Tedesco then named Florian Kleinhansl and Eric Hottmann as examples, as well as today's Stuttgart professional Luca Mack, who joined the U13. After his assistant coaching at the U9, Tesdesco was responsible for the U10 of VfB and Co for the U11, later "boss of the U13", as he said. “It's awesome how time flies. I still see the boys whizzing around in front of my eyes when I was nine, ”Tedesco recalled. “I also remember how we won a super-filled tournament in Neubrandenburg with the U13. Or how we made it to the final with the U17 and only got one over it from a pretty crazy BVB. ”

Bayern II lose final match 1-0 FT. Terrible game for the most important game of season.

lucky that EB lost and WK drew so Bayern II are 3rd Liga Champs!!!! 1st II team in history. But deserved to fail after last 2 matches.

    Means,
Fruchtl, Hoffmann, Wagner, Mai, Senkbeil, Kohn, Stanisic, Yilmaz, Will, Zaiser, Stiller, OBM, Dajaku, Tillman, Waidner, Rochelt, Arp, Musiala, Rhein, Kuhn are 3rd Liga Champs!!!!

Darmstadt 98: No agreement with Ensar Arslan?
Departure of the youngster is not excluded

On the last four game days of the season that has just ended, Ensar Arslan has made it back to the Darmstadt 98 professionals after a long time. The 18-year-old offensive talent has always been in the squad in the last four rounds and came to two short appearances, which the youngster crowned in a 3-1 victory against SV Wehen Wiesbaden with a assist.

Despite the positive development, it is questionable whether Arslan will be part of the squad of the new coach Markus Beginning next season. The contract with the left foot expired on June 30 and an extension sought by the club turns out to be not easy. The background to the stalled discussions are, according to the picture, plans of the lilies to lend Arslan directly to the regional league after an extension.

Interested in KSC and St. Pauli?
However, Arslan does not see his future in the fourth class, as consultant Johny Baez made clear to "Bild" and at the same time indicated that a change is currently no longer impossible: "Actually Ensar does not want to leave. He was born in Darmstadt, feels here probably. But a loan to the regional league is out of the question. "

There are said to have been discussions with Karlsruher SC and with FC St. Pauli apparently another Darmstadt league rival is showing interest in Arslan, who played a key role in the rise of the Darmstadt U19s into the Bundesliga with 27 goals. If the lilies show their current top talent no other perspective than before, it is at least possible that Arslan will play as a visiting team player at the Böllenfalltor next season.
    https://www.liga-zwei.de/darmstadt-98-keine-einigung-mit-ensar-arslan/

called it that the loan was dumb. He impresses in 2BL and answer is to loan him out and as low as RL/4th division. Why is it so hard for these 2BL clubs just integrate?

2BL clubs have a know habit of just dumping almost all young players from Academy that get promotion to 3rd Liga-RL in part due to no II team.

it's why Bayern, Dortmund, and Leipzig even though all of them have promising/interesting cbs in their ranks. All they show is wanting French CB.

soon enough there won't be any emerging German CBs from 1BL clubs as all clubs want is French CBs everywhere. Breakingthrough 2BL and going upwards from there could be only way going forward.

what's disgusting is how they are making moves on an underrage player, should be illegal. I hope PSG convinces him to stay.....

I think it's best to wait and see how they do at pro level. So far only Wirtz and Kattebach are pros.

Gunther, Rhein and Lutke-Frie being at Bayern-Dortmund isn't really helpful either. Like Dortmund is getting Bellingham who's the same age and position. Not really a vote of confidence even if they rate him and even if he trains with Addo=1st team prospect.

I've been critical of how a lot of these clubs operate while Bellingham is playing Championship/2nd division, Lutke-Frie is Dortmund U17 captain. Like lol, still playing vs the kids. Couldn't even up him to U19 early at the min? This is one big reason why a lot of these German clubs are lured by these foreign players because they have pro experience while are players are still playing the baby stuff. Club like Dortmund seems obsessed with winning youth trophies but then integrate no one for realz, lol. Essentially I feel like the German clubs kind of sabotage their own players. Leipzig does the same too.

I wish more clubs would not give a shit about youth levels and up players earlier to RL min instead of U19 to last possible second.

as for Rhein and Gunther yeah good luck breakingthrough Bayern for realz. Bayern always lured with Wingers and even some Frenchie CMs. People call Rhein and Gunther one of the biggest players from Academy but based on Bayern interest, doesn't feel like it.....

I also fully believe that the whole reduce the age to 16 to play pro is complete and utter bullshit. It's not about Moukoko or German players.

it's about poaching foreign players at 16.
what is age that EU permits players to move for work? 16
what is the age min next season for pros? 16

it's why you see a lot of 15-16 year old foreign players being linked. They'll likely lure them with the whole you can play pro at 16.

more negatives than + especially since a LOT of German players aren't pro ready until like 18-22. Why the frick would they wait that long when they can get players who are ready even younger???

    DFB Cup final.
    Bayern beat Bayer 4-2.

Wirtz in his 1st pro final was unused bench. While OBM was left out of the Bayern squad. Really does seem like Singh and OBM only made squads due to Countinho and Perisic being injured for awhile and the moment they are fit they are left out. And Flick wouldn't use them in relevant games anyways.

Although believe OBM will likely win a DFB Cup medal, he did make the matchday squad for DFB Cup in R16 and QF. If that's the case OBM could look to win,

    U19 Sud/Sudwest Champ
    3rd Liga Champ
    Bundesliga and DFB Cup Champ

all in same season. On the other hand, Mai was unused bench for 3 Cup matches, same for Dajaku while Arp was unused bench for the QF match vs Schalke.

-In Portugal, Abouchabaka's club won 1-0 while he was unused bench. His club is closing in on EL spot with 4 games to go. I only care about Europe due to the more games there are the more chances.....
