-03 Wirtz played his 2nd 1BL game came on the 46st min and dang he got robbed of an assist by that bum Alario. Still doesn't change that Wirtz was the provider for Bayer's only goal vs Wolfsburg in their 4-1 loss. Fantastic technique and movement to go around MOTM Arnold.

-Bayern beat Dortmund 1-0 and now have 7pts lead, aka 2 irrelevant games with 6 games to go for the season. The more irrelevant games the more chances there could be and those are likely the only chances to any Bayern players this season.

-99-Kruger scores again this time in a 3-1 loss. 2 goals and 2 assists in 3 games post corona!!! At this point will be involved in over 20 goals for the season in all competition. Currently involved in 15 goals including scoring on 1BL side in Cup. Will likely attract attention this Summer.

-98 Schmidt also scored for Osnabruck in a 2-0 win over Furth.

-97 Manu who spent time injured this season made his 2BL debut today for Darmstadt playing 67st min in a 3-1 win. Good since Darmstadt squad only consists of Manu, Mehlem and Pfeiffer in terms of youth players.

-May, Justvan and Horn still all unused sucks for them. Let's hope they get chance at some point this season at Wolfsburg.

Diaby should have done a better beforehand and then his move vs Arnold for the preassist, nice. Just look at his movement before he got the ball from Amiri.

he's showing himself to be exactly the type of player that Germany needs, already doing well vs older players while barely 1BL eligible. Once he gets that physicality would be able to play his game even better than now.

his move for the preassist happened while the entire Wolfsburg team was in their own half of the field sitting out. We need more players effective vs that type of thing. And that he has dribbling skills helps all the more.

-Haaland limped out vs Bayern. Chance for S.Tigges?
-Serdar is out for the season, chance for some of the U19/1st team bench players?
-seems like Waidner, Tilmann, Rhein and Scott from Bayern U19 are training with II. They might not be used for realz until safety is assured though.
-More on Wirtz from Meikel Schonweitz.
"He's a good, determined guy, who knows in which direction he wants to go. We at the DFB see him as a great bearer of hope, that's for sure," Schönweitz said.
    -Fein interview.

-HSV want to extend with David and likes him, Vagnoman and Opoku although seems like the obvious. If they get 1BL promotion, he'll get 2BL loan and if they don't he could move to 1st team next season.

his first touch is excellent and always hustling, isn’t afraid to take 1v1 as well. That goal he kinda pre-assist, not bad

he isn’t too slow either. Don’t think he is completely physically weak for a 17 year old either, he looks normal. Not strong , not too weak either

-Mai looks to have injured himself in training. Looks like players who currently train with 1st team might not play with II. Which seems to include, Mai, Zirkzee, OBM, Singh, not sure about Dajaku. Arp seems like he's playing in II but that's likely to open door for some U19 players in II.

-Papa Wirtz on why they choose Bayer, even with Bayern interest. I mean there is no point in playing at Bayern when he wouldn't play at 17. That's my issue with a lot of Bayern players. At Bayern who knows when they breakthrough most likely will never but if they were elsewhere they could have brokenthrough sooooo much faster. Sure training, coaches, facilities might be better but pro chances elsewhere could be given faster elsewhere.

-according to TM, Strauch, Akalp, Cestic, Oubella are moving to Koln II. I mean it makes sense and the 1st team door isn't closed even then. Both Akalp and Strauch they left door open for pros when they extended. And Cestic got tons of praise in Winter Camp for 1st team.

-according to TM, Pfalz, Friebe, Bongard, Adigo, Niehues are moving to Gladbach II. Only missing name is Gaal. Although Bongard is considered 1st team prospect, he said himself he'll get RL match practice first.

Asked Yusuf Kabadayi if he prefers Turkey or Germany?

He said , “ I applied the German passport just to play for DFB , what do you think ? I can live absolutely fine without a German passport n play for Turkey. If I prefer Turkey, I don’t have to apply a German citizenship at all.”

-In 2BL, Coordes got a rare start while Senger, Kuyucu, Viet, and Becker were unused. Becker still played like 1500 min this season. C.Conteh was great before his early season injury and still out it seems.

Bednarczyk (poached by Poland), Zehir, Carstens seem to have no future at the club. While Lankford isn't good and is not 2BL level, has done well in RL so seems more like currently 3rd Liga level player.

Franzke in II seems to be on the rise. From U19 aka 01s, Loubongo, Dursun and Flach seem like they could be up next. The rest will either leave or have to impress in II 1st. Jos seems to like Loubongo and even had both him and Dursun on 1st team bench back in Fall.

-Ngankam played his 2nd 1BL game coming on the 77th min in a 2-2 draw vs Leipzig.

-R.Baku scores vs Union as game is currently 1-1.

I think it's disappointing that he doesn't even want to be German, born in Germany and basically lived there his whole life and dev in Germany too. Only applying to play dfb as that seems to be his preference. His post reads as opportunist though.Or as you mentioned it seems like guys at Bayern are also pushing for it too along with dfb.

yeah I know that there are more perks in playing for dfb than some other countries.

talented and interesting prospect but playing for dfb shouldn't be about opportunism you should want to represent your country.

    2019/20 UEFA European Under-17 Championship
    Elite round
    Current status: Cancelled

    Final tournament – Estonia
    Current status: Cancelled

so means the 03 age group next relevant NT will be U19 level, since U17 Euro is cancelled. Not going to cry since I don't care. I'm more curious to see which 03 player will gain relevance and which will lose it come U19 time.

U19 Euro is currently listed as postponned. I think the reason why that's not cancelled too is because it's 100% linked with U20 WC 2021. So if the U20 WC gets cancelled this could too. Thing is no country in the world has even started the regional tourneys which gets countries qualified to the U20 WC. A lot of them were in the qualifying stages. Could be messy and you shouldn't delay U20 WC would be dump since some players will be 21 the following year. Currently U20 WC 2021 is May 2021, less a than a year from now. If it's still on, 100% gets delayed to Fall 2021 but then who would want to leave their clubs during season to play that?

same issue with U19 Euro, which is usually July=Summer 1st team preseason, you move it during season and it interferes with 1st team chances.

    I hope both 01 U19 Euro and 01-onwards U20 WC get cancelled.

"Maybe he'll stay here" - turn around in poker for fruit loan?
    Oversupply of goalkeepers at Bayern
Will the fight for the place behind Manuel Neuer as number two intensify in the coming season? A departure from U23 regular goalkeeper Christian Früchtl is not certain.

Christian Früchtl, number 3 in the FC Bayern squad, was considered a safe loan candidate for the coming season.
Holger Seitz from FC Bayern's NLZ indicated in a live interview at suburban soccer / FuPa Upper Bavaria on Tuesday that the junior national keeper could still stay in Munich.
The fight for the place behind Manuel Neuer would then have one more ambitious applicant after Alexander Nübel and Sven Ulreich.

Munich - Manuel Neuer will also be the undisputed number one in Bayern Munich's boxing next season. After his contract extension, soccer Germany puzzles instead who will win the race behind the captain. Alexander Nübel comes from Schalke 04 in summer, Sven Ulreich also let it be known that he would like to fight for his place.

Christian Früchtl: Will he get a chance with Hansi Flick?
So it is no wonder that U23 goalkeeper Christian Früchtl is working intensively on a possible change on loan. The 20-year-old is aiming to move to the 1st or 2nd Bundesliga, there are allegedly inquiries for the junior international from home and abroad. Or does he get his chance with Hansi Flick? “We just have to wait and see how Christian's path looks and in which direction it goes. He may stay here too, ”said Holger Seitz in a live interview with the football suburb / FuPa Oberbayern on Tuesday.

Seitz, who worked with Früchtl in the U23 and U19 as a coach, praised his former protégé for the progress made in recent years: “How Christian Früchtl is now playing from behind, how he opens flat from behind, how he thunders the balls around - with both the left and the right foot - how he makes the game fast - he has developed wonderfully. "

FC Bayern: So it comes to borrowing a talent from your own youngsters
Deputy Ron-Thorben Hoffmann was also a “super talent” and “an excellent goalkeeper, as we could also see in the relegation matches.” However, the number two in the reserve also demands more playing time: “If FC Bayern sees me as the third goalkeeper and we play in the 3rd division next season, Bayern remains an option for me. Otherwise I'm gone. Then I want approval, ”said the 21-year-old after the announcement of the Nübel transfer in January.

Seitz describes the approach of those responsible for FC Bayern to talents who are either promoted to the star ensemble or who are to take the next step at another club: “Basically, it should be the case that a player in our third division is a regular player and sees that he can handle the 3rd league and is in principle too strong for his age. If that is guaranteed, it would be an opportunity to either lend the player or integrate into the professional team and develop further. "

FC Bayern: Adrian Fein could be an example for Christian Früchtl
At best, the player should then return to Säbener Straße stronger. Like Adrian Fein after a season with Jahn Regensburg and a year with Hamburger SV: "With Adrian Fein it was this way," says Seitz, who has matured after a strong season in the Elbe. "The next consideration was then to find a top second division club that plays football a little differently, with everything around and the framework conditions different and Adrian can take the next step in his development."

Früchtl will have listened carefully. The opportunity to collect game practice elsewhere remains his preferred solution. Already in November 2019, shortly after his contract was extended until 2022, he announced: "I can be borrowed."

Stuttgart's top talent is associated with Gladbach

Does VfB talent Egloff like Kimmich once did?
He should actually become the new star at the club with the Mercedes star on his chest: Lilian Egloff. But now VfB Stuttgart may be losing its top talent. The 17-year-old is associated with Borussia Mönchengladbach. The impending departure is reminiscent of Joshua Kimmich and the year 2013.

    Lilian Egloff
So much praise is rare, not ordinary, and a sign of high esteem. "If he stays healthy, I already trust him to play games for us. Even in a few years," said Thomas Hitzlsperger in January in the training camp in La Manga, Spain, about the young Swabian star. "Since I joined VfB, he's the first player we think has something special. An excellent player."

The future belongs not only to the Stuttgart CEO, the young offensive man, who had won the A-Junior jersey with the chest ring of the German Cup winner last season and narrowly missed the German championship. Since then, Egloff has been allowed to play in the 2nd division and in the DFB Cup for a few minutes. In the end it became less because he was working on his graduation.

He almost completed his school career, he still has his football career ahead of him, but this could take place far from home. According to kicker information, the junior international is on the list at several clubs. This includes the Gladbachers, who are said to have the best chances. Not a nice thought for the traditional club VfB Stuttgart.

Praise from the coach - VfB II "makes sense"
"He is a very exciting player," said Matarazzo in a kicker interview recently. However, he did not want to give the professionals a guarantee of space for the new season. He is "part of it now," says the 42-year-old and includes missions with VfB II. "That also makes sense, so that he gets game practice if he is not or only used briefly by the professionals," said the head coach. "It will continue to make sense in the future. I look forward to accompanying him and see a positive future for him." Ultimately, like any other young player, he decides for himself how quickly the process of development progresses. "

But that also means that the player decides where his future lies. Should the midfielder, whose contract ends in 2021, really leave VfB, it would be like saying goodbye to Joshua Kimmich in 2013. Today's senior international and Bayern star was looking for luck elsewhere than at VfB - in his case it was RB Leipzig. From VfB's point of view, a bitter loss, but also one of many and one that probably holds a place of honor in the list of the most complained transfers.

some Stuttgart fans seem to think his contract activates when he's 18 in August. And also mentioned that 03-Suver also has something similar. Time will tell if it's accurate or not. Hard to know contracts of youth players as info online might not always be accurate or it's unknown quantity.

some good news for Stuttgart youth, II seems back in RL next season!!!
    https://www.wetterauer-zeitung.de/s...gionalliga-suedwest-abgebrochen-13778965.html

now all relevant II are in 3rd Liga-RL. But frick Stuttgart, for a bunch of years they was massive debate about axing II and they then decided compromise we'll make it U21 over U23 team. Would be a massive disaster if club like Stuttgart axe II, it means jump to 1st team would be bigger. Now at least 01-onwards will be in RL and not OL.

frick all big teams with no II teams. If clubs like Bayern/Dortmund etc all seem massive value in II not sure why those Leipzig, Frankfurt and Leverkusen bums don't give a shit. Yeah top talents blablabla, that's why everyone at Leipzig is like the jump from U19 to 1BL is just too massive, no shit. It's same issue for Frankfurt....at least Frankfurt seem to be strongly considering bringing it back and realizing it was a mistake to axe it. Always said the issue with Leipzig is when the entire team isn't old and their transfers are young players with pro experience, what use does the U19 have besides being forced to have one?

and it's a shitty thing when clubs dump every player bar a few post U19.....like tough luck wherever you go. At least Bayern sees it in different way, if players make it to 1BL or some other top league but don't play at Bayern=still success for Academy. An Academy is a teaching institute it's about helping young players dev and caring about their future.

another reason I'm glad U17 Euro got cancelled is that it would have blocked 03s from making pro progress. Would Wirtz had played 1BL with U17 Euro? Nope.

Netz, Mbi, and Matanovic are other 03s who are pro contenders this season. What I mean is at the min make pro debuts this season even if 1 game. If Mai is out for the season which just sucks ass, could be a chance for Mbi to be played. Everyone at Bayern from coaches to heads to 1st team players praised him as a beast when only 16, lol.

the rest seem less likely for now.

although for Bayern. This is about II and seems like Rhein and Tillman from the stuff going online are players who are part of this. Any other 03s who are training with II? Are Rhein and Tillman headed for II next season? I do think Tillman should play 3rd Liga next season over more U19. If Rhein plays 3rd Liga this season could this open door for 1BL debut this season too, same for 02-Tillman? Bayern will likely want to extend with Rhein, Tillman, Gunther etc and what better way than to play them in 1-2 irrelevant 1BL games.

Bayern II have also drawn some U19 players to the squad. “The game plan envisions many games for us within a very short time. We wanted to prepare ourselves for this and added the guys we can trust. The whole thing also happened with a view to the next season in order to get to know and integrate the players even better, ”describes Hoeneß, whose team will travel to Ingolstadt on Saturday.

Egloff seems headed for extension as mentioned.

Stuttgart definitely doesn't want to lose top talent Egloff
VfB counters attempts to poach the competition

The Stuttgart native is very sensitive when it comes to his talents. The Swabians don't like the fact that Lilian Egloff is courted by the competition. However, VfB has long started to counter the attempts to poach. The offensive player is supposed to sign a longer-term contract - and it looks good.

VfB Stuttgart definitely does not want to lose its top talent Lilian Egloff to the competition
Sami Khedira, Aliaksandr Hleb, Bernd Leno or Joshua Kimmich. They all belonged to the elite of the Stuttgart junior series. Everyone moved away from Stuttgart at some point. Everyone is still crying with tears today. Even with Lilian Egloff, it has long been known, the Swabians have to be on guard. The 17-year-old is coveted as an exceptional player and has now been associated with Mönchengladbach, among others. But Stuttgart definitely doesn't want to let its top talent go. A possible farewell has long been countered behind closed doors.

The club management is in close contact with the young professional who is bound until 2021, whose staying is more than just a vague hope. Egloff, who is currently working on his Abitur, should grow into a key role in the midfield of Stuttgart in the medium term and has already signaled that he can well imagine his way at VfB.

After losing 01-Dajaku to Bayern because they had 0 plans for him they now have lost 01-Lockl, LOL. Gladbach went for a double swoop but for now they got Lockl to join them.

The battle for talent in the Bundesliga is getting fiercer. In the case of Per Lockl, Borussia Mönchengladbach prevailed against VfB Stuttgart - much to the frustration of the Swabians.

"We would have liked to keep Per in our ranks and regret his departure," says Stuttgart Director Sport at the youth performance center Thomas Krücken. "Over the past few months we have shown him a common path in our company, but in the end Per decided to change the club."
    https://www.kicker.de/776387/artikel/gladbach_schnappt_sich_youngster_lockl_vom_vfb

U23: BORUSSIA OBLIGED BY LOCKL FROM VFB STUTTGART
U23: Borussia sign Per Lockl from VfB Stuttgart
Borussia's U23 sign Per Perl next season. The 19-year-old defensive midfielder changes from the U19 of VfB Stuttgart to the foal and receives a contract with VfL dated June 2023.

“Per Lockl is a very talented player. The way he plays football suits Borussia well. We are pleased that we were able to win Per over and that he would like to join us on the U23 ”, says Roland Virkus, Borussia's director of the youth development center. Per Lockl led VfB Stuttgart's U19 to the field in 16 championship games in the A-Junior Bundesliga South / Southwest in the 2019/20 season, scoring seven goals. In the DFB Cup for Juniors, Lockl was used in all three games of the Stuttgart team and scored once.

In the previous season, the defensive midfielder had played in 28 U19 Bundesliga games (2 goals) - three of them in the final round of the German championship. In addition, he celebrated winning the DFB Junior Club Cup with the VfB youth team and was used on the way there in all five games (2 goals). In the seasons 2016/17 and 2017/18, Lockl had played a total of 51 B-junior Bundesliga games (16 goals). Before switching to VfB in July 2016, the midfielder had played for FSV Frankfurt in youth and previously for his home club SSV Heilsberg. Lockl has also already worn the jersey of the German national team: He was used once in the U15, eight times in the U16 (2 goals) and nine times in the U17 national team (1 goal).

    Some more Stuttgart updates.

-Florian Schock, Christian Mistl, Alexander Kopf, Manuel Reutter, Hamza Cetinkaya, Benedict Hollerbach and Kevin Grimm go from U19 to Stuttgart II.

-Manuel Kober, Eric Hottmann, Rios Alonso have extended their contracts. Hottmann until 2022.

Eric, Ene and Manu have all played at VfB for over eight years and we are happy to be able to continue their development, ”says Thomas Krücken. “Overall, the squad of our highest training team will consist of two thirds of players who have been trained in our NLZ. This value is also very remarkable compared to other clubs ”.

sure but what matters is having as many make the 1st team. And will Rios Alonso ever make career progress? In his last U19 season he was already playing RL then they got relegated and he played OL and now back to RL. Guy is still stuck in low level after 3 seasons......

-01 Falko Michel joins Stuttgart II from Freiburg U19. Dang that's the 2nd Freiburg U19 starter who leaves Freiburg instead of going to Freiburg II.

With Falko Michel, the first external new member has been chosen. The 19-year-old midfielder comes from SC Freiburg. “Falko is a very talented player that many other clubs would have liked to have signed. We are very happy that Falko has chosen VfB, ”said Thomas Krücken.

-“I am very much looking forward to the coming season and to working with those responsible and the players. On the one hand, because the cooperation with those responsible is very professional, because we have a young team with a lot of potential, and on the other hand, almost two thirds of the management team have undergone long-term training in the NLZ at VfB. This identification and connection with the club is something special today and a fact that the club can be proud of, ”says future U21 coach Frank Fahrenhorst.

    -7 players exit II
David Grözinger (1. FC Schweinfurt 05), Pedro Allgaier, Pedro Almeida Morais, Baboucarr Gaye, Jonas Preuß, David Tomic and Malik Batmaz will no longer be that in the coming season Wear the jersey with the red chest ring.

Batmaz was only on loan, Karlsruher isn't going to let him go.

the way Lockl transfer reads is that Stuttgart were into him and he still went to Gladbach anyways. Does seem like he could be viewed as Gladbach 1st team prospect depending on how he devs there.

same for Michel going to Stuttgart, plenty of clubs were interested and he choose Stuttgart. Seems like he was lured by the club....

Update on 02-M.Dardai and 03-Netz (could be youngest Hertha ever debutant)
both Plattenhardt and Mittelstadt have "injury" questionable use. And Ascacibar out for the season could also open chances to others.

nice to see that Torunarigha, Mittelstadt, Maier, Ngankam, M.Dardai, Samardzic, Netz getting chances. And also Smarsch as bench GK.

In addition to Plattenhardt, Mittelstädt also threatens to fail
Hertha bottleneck left behind: Is the 17-year-old Netz now on the train?

Hertha BSC faces a bottleneck on the left-back position against FC Augsburg on Saturday. If, besides Marvin Plattenhardt, Maximilian Mittelstädt should also drop out, the next brew of their own will be the baptism of fire in the Bundesliga.

    Luca Netz
German U-17 international and ready for Bundesliga debut at Hertha: Luca Netz
Marvin Plattenhardt had complained of dizziness and headache at the 2-2 in Leipzig on Wednesday evening after an aerial duel with Tyler Adams and left the pitch after eleven minutes - not without first preparing Marko Grujic's leading goal with a corner kick. The 2018 World Cup driver shows symptoms of a slight concussion, he will probably have to pass against Augsburg. The participation of Maximilian Mittelstädt, who came into play early for Plattenhardt against RB, is also on the brink. Mittelstädt was hit in the thigh after an hour in Leipzig and had to be treated. It is not clear whether he will be fit in time for the Augsburg game.

It is not unusual for us to throw an 18-year-old in when he is needed and we see the potential.

If both are actually missing, the next talent from the academy could come into play. While in earlier years Jordan Torunarigha preferably helped with a bottleneck left behind, Bruno Labbadia has other plans. He would then appoint top talent Luca Netz (17) in the 20-man squad - and Marton Dardai (18) also fundamentally trusts the role on the left defense. When Mittelstädt was treated, Dardai was sent to Leipzig to warm up. "We would have brought Marton straight in," said the Hertha coach at the press conference on Thursday. "It is nothing unusual for us to throw an 18-year-old in when he is needed and we see the potential. And we see that at Marton. If necessary, we would have put him in the left-back position," Marton Dardai, who is already against Union (4-0) was in the squad, is a trained central defender and can also play in defensive midfield. Left behind - that would have been a first for the second oldest of the three sons of ex-coach and club record player Pal Dardai. Therefore, there are some indications that Luca Netz, a left-back specialist, is in the squad against Augsburg if necessary. Netz, who only turned 17 on May 15, has been training with the professionals like a number of other talents for weeks. The German U-17 international would be the next representative of the new Bubi wave that Labbadia brings to the big stage without stomach ache.

Torunariga got stuck in the center of defense
In his debut as Hertha coach, 3-0 at TSG Hoffenheim twelve days ago, striker Jessic Ngankam (19) made his Bundesliga debut in the derby against Union playmaker Lazar Samardzic (18). Both were also in the squad in Leipzig, Ngankam came on the field for captain Vedad Ibisevic after 78 minutes and made his second Bundesliga appearance.

There is another very plausible reason why Labbadia does not plan with Torunarigha as the left full-back in the event that Mittelhardt should also fit in addition to Plattenhardt. Home grown Torunariga has just caught on in central defense - and forms a stable bulwark with veteran Dedryck Boyata. "Jordan is making a very good impression at the moment, both of them have played well," said Labbadia. "I would hate to tear that apart." In plain language: He needs Torunarigha in the center - also because Karim Rekik (inner ligament extension in the knee) and Niklas Stark (performance strain) are still not available there. In addition to Rekik and Stark, Thomas Kraft (back problems) and Santiago Ascacibar (severe metatarsal bruise) will also be missing against Augsburg.

    Season off for Ascacibar
The season is over for winter newcomer Ascacibar. Because the injury did not improve recently, the Argentinian is now wearing an air walker and has to keep his foot still. For the ex-coach Jürgen Klinsmann's dream player, committed by VfB Stuttgart for a transfer fee of eleven million euros, Hertha will have eight league appearances this season.

Its really nice to see the rise of Torunarigha. And possibility of Netz playing, with Samardzic slow but surely substituted in. However, does Niklas Stark really that bad huh?

back in Fall, Hertha was always reported that Netz, Samardzic and M.Dardai were the U19 players they rated the most but then all the different coaches and that fell off the wayside until Labbadia popped up and gave them real chances. Integration of youngsters is 100% coach dependent. Interesting to note that tons of reports say that Ngankam had a deal in place to go to Hoff for 4-5 years and then he went back on it after Hertha gave him real perspective aka Labbadia. Those reports align with what I said previously they had no plans for him during the season.

oh that's a translation error, Stark is injured as usual, he has abductor/groin problems. That's what sucks about Stark, potential that is being ruined by constant injuries.

Hopefully he could rebound and stronger after injury. He is not really that young anymore. If after injury he cannot dislodge Boyata, he is not worthy to be called to the NT, plain and simple. Still hoping the best for him.

    Hertha fans on Ngankam.
"It was noticed yesterday that J. Ngankam is on fire. He went into duels and worked well backwards. He urgently needs minutes of play and if we are not able to make it possible for him at short notice, then a solution should be found in the form of a loan. It would be a real shame if he only sits on the bench!"

"I am fully with you. That looked really good yesterday when he was on the ball. Real good boy!"

"Yesterday I admired him for the first time and was very impressed with him. He is snappy, strong and has done very well in a duel. His courage was also to be seen that he is not hiding and even won one or two dribbling. The boy is fun on more and I would like to see him next to Piantek as a double top. You should rely on him and let Ibisevic go so that he can become No. 2 and get more game practice. There is a lot of potential in there."

yeah time flies by so fast, I thought in my head he's 23-24 but nope 95 players are already 25 years old. I do agree about this, NT should be starters especially cb not bencher. Stark has been linked with other clubs over last 2 seasons. So maybe he finally makes that move to another club.

I'm fine if he leaves, opens door for 02-M.Dardai (I don't think 99-Baak is making 1st team but he should leave the club. He's played a couple of 1BL games years ago and unused bench a lot but it's time for him to jump higher. Should try 2BL or foreign 1st division) and then 04-Gechter could be up next in future.

-in all the Stuttgart updates, 01-Caciel is nowhere mentioned. Guess he's leaving and finding himself a new club. Makes sense he was way down the pecking order in U19.

-Bremen II got a 28 year old GK from LSK Hansa from RL Nord. This to indicates that 00-Plogmann (1st 00-onwards to play 1BL) will likely finally get that loan to higher level in Summer.

Interesting comments from a HSV fan about 01-Lockl.
"I watched two appearances of the Stuttgart U19 this season and was completely convinced of him after the games without knowing Per. Couldn't really see any weaknesses, both technique and ball safety, as well as passing and tackling are outstanding for his age. I'm pretty sure that he will prevail in Gladbach in the foreseeable future and become a first-class Bundesliga player."

Stuttgart still have the promising 02-Meyer in terms of midfielders when he's fit again. Hitzlsperger is very high on 02-Meyer and 02-Egloff.

Stuttgart U19 were in 2nd place in Sud/Sudwest and Lockl played his role to help them. I have seen mention throughout the whole season at how Lockl has made giant strides in past season. Like he went from people not thinking he's 1st team prospect last season to people seeing him as such this season. And Stuttgart's reaction at losing him is telling too. I hope he does well at Gladbach.....
