I though Mirva Catovic is listed as Serbian. It seems like the first time he gets invitation to any youth team.

 

Born in Germany I believe. Like you say not been called up by anyone yet so we can provisionally cap tie him.

Pretty highly rated as left footed play making 6, some similarities in style to Pavlovic.

Similar situation with 08 W Ajayi, up till now not called up by anyone so we seem to have got there first in terms of provisional cap tie.

 

Gruda is on firee. 2 goals and assist in first half. His form would be crucial to convince Nagelsmann to take him to the WC since he is pure talent and his dribbling skills are rare in the mannchaft.

 

whom would you drop from the current squad having similar profile like Gruda? Remember Musiala will be coming back so anyway someone like Gnabry or Schade needs to be dropped

Backhaus with MOTM performance to give bremen 3 crucial points in their fight against relegation. We are blessed to have so many great young keepers between Atubolu , Backhaus, Seiman and of course Urbig. I wonder if we can keep them all or we will lose any by poaching.

 

El Mala scored his 10th goal in his first BL season with a very average team like Köln. He should leave to a better team in summer inside BL although very few can afford to pay his clause fee.

 

Another 09 making his BL debut. Erblin Osmani makes his debut for bayern to be the 2nd 09 player after Kiala to debut in BL. It seems bayern are finally having a respectful academy and are starting to produce new gems after Pavlovic, Karl, Wisdom, Kiala, Pavic, and now Osmani. I wonder how many from the last 4 will be heading to loans in summer.

 

Palma scored his first goal in Serie B. His loan is successful so far as he is a starter for Sampadoria

 

I would imagine most of those guys won't go on loan yet, they are all stilll only 16/17. More likely they play II next season I think with occasional first team appearances.

It seems Bayern will utilise campus players a lot more moving forwards, rather then signing average squad fillers. That is a big step forward if that actually happens.

U19 play their first elite qualifying round match v Sweden today.

 

U18 won 2-1 v Bosnia, goals from Staff and Gashi.

Newcastle and Chelsea wants to sign 07 Karim Coulibali from bremen. He is very promising CB who could giive us another option for Euro 2028. Hopefully he stays another season at bremen or move to a better BL side than to PL at such young age.

 

He's playing a lot for Werder this season, if he moves to EPL already he'll likely play mainly U21 leagues. Should definitely stay in Bremen for at least another year.

Germany U19 conceded a direct free kick goal from Sweden in the 95th min to draw 2-2. Should have won the match with all chances they missed.

U20 v Czechia

 

Came from behind to win 2-1, goals from Moerstedt and Darvich.

 

Tresoldi scores from a penalty done on him. Good move by him to round the keeper before he got fouled. Unfortunately the keeper was not the last defender so he took yellow card only.

 

Yeah nice anticipation to intercept the back pass from Tresoldi, we've been on top so far although N. Ireland aren't great.

This is the line up in case anyone missed it.

 

Tresoldi scored the 2nd and Weiper scored the 3rd from bench. I enjoyed the first half more. We were much better before the changes done by Di Salvo affected our performance somehow in 2nd half. But great result and at the end we kept clean sheet.

U19 (v Austria) and U17 (v France) have group deciding matches tomorrow, both are must win as only 1st place qualifies.

U18 are in the new 26/27 U19 three stage format, with the top 3 remaining in League A for the 2nd round. As things stand a draw v Austria tomorrow should ensure top 3.

Big 2-0 win for the U21 in a crucial qualifier away in Greece. The result puts us back on top of the group ahead of Greece with 3 matches remaining.

We were the better side overall, El Mala with a great finish after coming onto a lose ball in the box, Kade adding the 2bd in the second half with a nice cushioned header after a Bischof free kick.
