one thing I find interesting about Karl is his shooting technique. Reason why he scores a lot is because of fantastic shooting technique.

then add technical skills, dribbling, passing, longballs, throughballs, speed, long distance shooting, goes back to defend too etc. Makes for an interesting profile.

 

one thing to mention about Karl on his debut in XI for Bayern 1st team in DFB Cup, besides the whole solo dribbling run that unlocked the D and led to Bayern scoring the 2nd in that 3-2 W.

what I noticed was that there were few times, where his teammates were NOT in synch with Karl. Like attempts at long ball and throughball didn't work not because of Karl but because the older players seemed NOT used to his ideas and especially the speed of action. Karl is a player that likes to do actions/movement very quickly and he's right as the faster your actions the more likely it could be effective as it puts the opposing teams on their heels.

Weiper had injury issues last season but impressed when he returned from injury post Winter break and could easily have won U21 Euro Golden Boot, playing up a cycle as well. Moerstedt and Brunner played their 1st pro breakthrough last season aka NEWBS. Like based on this, they are ALL on track, LMAO. Just very impatient twat, some derailed by injuries, others needed a lower level like 2BL jump 1st and others are making their 1st steps into pro footy.
