LMAO, BVB fans are just triggered clowns.

seeing in comments mocking inclusing of Knauff.

yeah we should all ignore that ONLY BVB players last season to outscore Knuaff were Malen+Fullkrug and that's it.......:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

and Knauff won EL+Best Young EL player not so long ago but yeah lets pretend that he's rubbish, LMAO.

these same fans bitched all of last season at how they don't have many fast players in squad too, LOL.

imagine BVB threw Knauff out just for them to prop up the American Reyna who is slow and limited to AM and always injured and has done NOTHING since he emerged at BVB and his loan last season was a HUGE flop and BVB looks on track to get rid of him.

    how is that working out???

this is an example of utter arrogance from BVB fans and instead of admitting that they are wrong about something they will trash that player just to say that the club isn't wrong to have axed him.

why be a bunch of cowards and just call it out?

WOW, looks like 08 CB Palma of Serie A Udinese is knocking on door for pro debut soon enough.

Udinese, Runjaic: "I want Palma to continue in the First Team"
During today's press conference, Kosta Runjaic praised Matteo Palma, Udinese's young player born in 2008

It was clear from the start that the new Udinese manager, Kosta Runjaic, liked working with young people. The example came immediately in the pre-season, when on several occasions Matteo Palma was brought onto the field, a very young central defender who in the last year has provided excellent performances with the youth team.

Regarding the young 2008 player, the new coach of the Friulane expressed very sweet words, which sound like a promotion to the first team for the Italian-German defender: "Palma is a young player, I was impressed by his physicality. He is a very good boy who doesn't feel any pressure on the pitch. He seems older than his age. I like him a lot, he is still very young. In the pre-season he played a lot of minutes. I want him to continue working with the First Team. I don't know when but in the near future I am sure he will also make his debut in Serie A. There is not only him but also other young players who can be useful to the cause. They must continue to work hard to get a chance in the First Team. Udinese is clearly famous for scouting and for launching talented young players, there are others too, now it will be up to them to demonstrate their value".

Is it possible that Udinese has found its next defender at home? Only time will tell the definitive answer, but at the moment Runjaic's words seem to be more than just a hint.

Incredible at just 16 years old esp at CB, if he was in Germany he'd be playing U17 BL lol.

I do worry the chances of Italy poaching are pretty high given he plays in the country, but we'll see I guess.

yeah if he breakthrough Serie A, Italy could offer him higher than his age group like maybe a U20 or U21 jump while DFB tends to be snail pace and usually do NOT up players and would want him to play his own age group. So could be tricky situation, especially since he's currently in Italy.

    -on 02 CF Beier

-on 06 CF Brunner, I still don't get the point of going to Monaco if they will loan him out. Why not go to a club that will integrate??? Still Belgian 1st to a club that will play EL next season is better than U19-3rd Liga. Reality BVB are full of shit even if Brunner had signed pro contract he likely would have gotten a very few caps in 1st team like 1 handful MAX. So would have spent the whole season in lower and they likely would have made him play UEFA YL even if he got upped to 3rd Liga. Like the club can never let go of their fixation with U19. Sahin is full of shit anyways, keeps talking about if he wants to breakthrough needs to outperform others but then doesn't want him in regular fixed 1st team training, how does that work? LMAO. Anyways Belgian 1st would make him U21 contender but doubtful will get called up when we have players playing 1BL next season.

    1BL Friendlies
-on 06 CF Moerstedt vs EPL

    -05 CF Weiper scored Mainz's 3rd goal in 3-1 W vs Ligue 1
-02 CF Woltemade scored Stuttgart's 4th and 04 AM/W Diehl assisted the 2nd in 4-0 W vs La Liga club.

LOL Baumgart and LOL Koln fans

-05 AM/W Wanner with a goal in 2-1 W for Heidenheim vs La Liga club. Wanner looks to score in almost every friendly.

-04 W Bamba also scored for Bochum in 6-0 W vs Ligue 1 club.
I'm more curious to see what Bochum does with 04 M Pannewig+04 M Jahn.

does seem likely that Bamba, Diehl, Wanner will breakthrough 1BL next season when it comes to AM/W (also Nebel+Sieb too) and same goes for Topp (continues to be only + in a mediocre Bremen preseason), Weiper, and Moerstedt for CFs. Question is more who if any will get breakout season.

also interesting to see that 05 M Bischof continues to be XI for Hoffenheim the deeper preseason got. Will next season finally be his full on breakthrough season????

    2BL
-02 GK Gebhardt with his 1st clean sheet of season in 1-0 W for Jahn
-04 GK Weiss with his 1st clean sheet of season in 0-0 D for KSC
-02 W/CF Futkeu with goal and assist in 2-2 D for Furth

    his 1st ever pro goal!!!
    https://streamin.me/v/fe18a8b3

    he's now at
1 goal and 2 assist in 2 games this season.

LOL, his original club RWE did not nothing with him in terms of 1st chances so after numerous clubs wanted him, he went to Koln..........Koln couldnt even play him in II (that club for years had huge integration issues) so he left and was forced to go to OL/5th division where he dominated and ended up top scorer. After that TONS of clubs wanted him but he went for Frankfurt II and their newly promoted to RL team. He scored left and right in RL last season and made debut in DFB Cup but once he got red carded on his debut, that's when Frankfurt basically axed him from 1st team training........sucks but I've seen numerous examples of players being axed from 1st team due to 1 red card and sometimes they'll be back after X months (not weeks MONTHS) and other times they get kicked for good, LOL. German clubs and coaches are NOT forgiving type. So moved this Summer to replace 03 AM/W Sieb and it looks like based on early 2BL season form he's basically a valid replacement.

-02 AM Schmahl scored his pro debut goal for Elversberg in his 2nd ever pro cap in 2-2 D.
    https://streamin.me/v/945bdf97

-03 M Jander scored the winning goal for 2BL FCN in 3-1 W. Its his 1st 2BL season too.
    https://streamin.me/v/8ed987aa

-05 M Lubach made his 2BL/pro debut 14 min sub for FCN in 3-1 W and he scored too!!!
    https://streamin.me/v/faf0df66

-02 CF/W Lemperle with assist in 2-2 D for Koln
    https://streamin.me/v/f4489553

-05 CF Mahmoud made his 2BL/pro debut for Elversberg as a 12 min sub
-05 W Janisch made his 2BL/pro debut as a 4 min sub for FCN

interesting to see that 02 CF Kaspar a career OL/5th division player who moved to Furth II in Summer.

    Game 1=1 goal in 6-2 L
    Game 2=1 goal in 3-1 W
    Game 3=1 goal in 3-0 W
    Game 4=4 goals in 4-1 W
    Total=7 goals in 4 games

damn, LOL, could very well end up with double digits goals in August-September, LMAO.

Will be curious if he manages to get chances in 2BL Furth or not.

    Speaking of RBs,

-I see that 05 RB Baum (on loan) getting load of praise so far in 2/2 XIs for Elversberg. I think very likely that Baum will be in 1BL next season and likely that he'll end up 1st choice RB for 04-05 U21 cycle.

Gem performance today from Elias Baum vs Koln

    70% pass accuracy

    1 chance created

100% dribble accuracy..............I saw numbers that state that its 5/5 for dribbling.

    3/5 successful tackles

    6 clearances

    5 recoveries

    Won all his duels

-on other hand, 07 RB Pedrosa from 2BL KSC has made 2/2 bench for the club so far this season. Will he be next RB to emerge in relevant pros??? Damn, imagine a 07 RB emerging in 2BL level!!!

    so far looking like
    02-Rosenboom (1BL), 02-Allgeier (2BL), 02-Hofmann (2BL), 02-Thielmann (2BL), 02-ter Horst (2BL), 04-Ba (2BL), 04-Oliveira (2BL), 04-Morgalla (Austrian 1st), 04-Eitschberger (2BL), 05-Baum, 06-Moreira (EPL), 06-Bulut (2BL), 07-Pedrosa (2BL) are all emerging or knocking on door.

so from 13 players so far we have
6/13=XIs, so basically half have already emerged as XI.

not gonna post much about 3rd Liga but we are also seeing numerous RBs emerge in 3rd Liga
    04-Burghardt, 05-Scholze (on loan), 05-Barth, 06-Reich

so far 4/4 in XI as well. Its significant as 4/4=04-onwards=next U21 cycle=could be relevant pros come start of 04-05 U21 cycle.

    I forgot to mention that
05 AM/W Krattenmacher (on loan) played his 1st ever relevant pro XI today for Ulm.

so far interesting to see that 05 AM/W
-2BL=Popp, Pfaffenrot, Krattenmacher (loan), Janisch, Forkel, Ndikom, Maza, Balde

    so far
Popp, Krattenmacher, Janisch, Forkel, Maza, Balde have all brokenthrough matchday squads

so 6/8 are regulars in pro squads at start of season. And 6/6 have played this season.

Ndikom plays in 3rd Liga II for H96 II, so jump won't be huge one for him. While Pfaffenrot as of now is more in RL/II for Furth. These 2 are likely to get chances down the line during season.

07 M Schmitz who has 0 DFB Caps made HUGE progress at 1BL Pauli.

now next 07 player with 0 DFB Caps also making progress in 1BL. This time, 07 AM/W Gebel of RB Leipzig.

    "THE DISCOVERY OF PREPARATION"
Rose announces Bundesliga appearances for Viggo Gebel (16)
RB Leipzig has a new favorite: Against PSG, Viggo Gebel from their own youth team was allowed to play in front of a home crowd for the first time. Coach Marco Rose praised the youngster to the skies.

Leipzig - Viggo Gebel had only been in the game for a few minutes when he simply shot from 35 meters. Not in RB's U17 as before on Cottaweg, but in the 1:1 draw against Paris St. Germain in the Red Bull Arena with the Leipzig professionals. In goal was none other than Gianluigi Donnarumma, who was a little surprised by the teenager's chutzpah and hurried to his goal (59th minute). The arcing ball narrowly missed the left post. But Gebel had also shown in front of 41,000 Leipzig fans in his hometown's stadium that he is not afraid of big crowds and big names.

Coach Marco Rose was literally raving about the Schkeuditz native after the final whistle: "He is the discovery of the preparation. I am incredibly proud, and what makes me proudest of all is that he was born here," said Rose happily.

Rose on Gebel: “Clear-headed, cheeky, aggressive”
Rose can praise Gebel so explicitly “because I have the feeling that he is clear-headed, cheeky, aggressive, has a good trigger when pressing, goes through to the goal,” explained the coach. The boy, who started playing football at the Willi-Kühn-Sportpark at SV Leipzig Nord-West on Merseburger Strasse and started in the U11 at Rasenballsport, has “a feeling for spaces with the ball, is a good footballer.”

This overall package only allows one conclusion for Rose: “If he continues like this, then he will play in the Bundesliga this season,” announced Rose. “I can say that because he worked and performed so well in preparation.” If the talent with the curly hair actually plays soon, he would be one of the five youngest players in Bundesliga history.

Need for the number ten position
Gebel could actually be the first player from the youth team who can make the huge leap into the Champions League team on a permanent basis. "At the beginning I complained and put pressure on. Now we have a boy who can really make us happy," said Rose.

Since Christoph Baumgartner is still injured, Eljif Elmas had to be substituted against Paris with thigh problems and Dani Olmo was sold, there is currently a need for the number ten position, so Gebel could also play in competitive matches from time to time.

Bayern is such a DUMBASS Club.

we were saying here just last season why the frick is 08 AM/W Karl not playing with older in U17??? He destroyed the competition in U16 and believe he was also top scorer too.

the disease of everything to last second that plagues German footy is stupid and pathetic shit.

now his 1st ever Bayern U17 game and........5 pack!!!

Karl for DFB vs rival countries
    -1 Assist in 2-0 W vs Portugal
-1 goal in 3-3 D vs Netherlands.....this was a blunder on our part, we should have won that game
    -1 goal in 3-0 W vs Italy
    -1 goal in 5-0 W vs Italy
3 goals and 1 assist in 4 matches vs 4/4 rivals

on 05 CF Weiper of 1BL Mainz.

Nelson Weiper can smile again - striker scores 3-1 for Mainz 05 against Montpellier
Half of the Mainz team ran to the 19-year-old after his goal to congratulate him. "That meant a lot to me, they all know what I've been through." Two meniscus operations cost the top talent, who was already allowed to play for the German U21 national team at the European Championships at the age of 18, practically the entire last season. "That was hard," says Weiper, who clearly suffered from the fact that an injured player has no value for a football team. And who had to learn that even after recovery, not all doors will open wide immediately and that it is not very helpful to spread bad moods because of it.

Bo Henriksen recently took the impatient Weiper aside and spoke to him very seriously. "It was a good conversation," said the 05 coach on Saturday. He made it clear to the young lad that not everyone is a Messi, that it requires hard work as well as talent. Weiper obviously understood and did his job "very, very, very well" against Montpellier.

on 04 CB Collins looks like on track for breakthrough at 1BL Frankfurt.

Starting eleven instead of leaving? This Eintracht "jewel" was convincing
Eintracht Frankfurt was also able to gain positive insights after the defeat in the test match in Valencia. One concerned defensive talent Nnamdi Collins.

Frankfurt - A look at Eintracht Frankfurt's defense is causing great concern after the defeat in the test match at FC Valencia (2:3). Left-back Nathaniel Brown? Offensively with many great moments, but still very shaky in his work at the back. New signing Aurele Amenda? The young Swiss has not yet arrived after a long injury break. He will need time and will first have to get fully fit. That won't happen overnight, and the mind also plays a big role at the moment.

Collins is developing in the right direction
Tuta? The Brazilian is currently needed in various roles. In some situations, he once again had the problem of a lack of consistency during the 90 minutes. With Robin Koch, who led the team onto the pitch as captain, there is only one real stabilizer after the 40 million euro departure of Willian Pacho, even Rasmus Kristensen was weak this time. Or has another "gem" quietly and secretly developed into a stabilizer?

Nnamdi Collins has made good use of the preseason at Eintracht Frankfurt so far.
That might be expecting a bit too much. However, Nnamdi Collins' career is certainly a source of joy within Eintracht. He was substituted on after 61 minutes in Valencia and once again impressed with a resolute, solid performance. Before the start of the preseason, Collins was still considered a candidate for a loan, and talks with 1. FC Nuremberg were very intense in the meantime. But the 20-year-old, who moved from Borussia Dortmund to the Main metropolis a year ago for around one million euros, was convincing and took advantage of an opportunity that actually didn't even seem to exist.

Collins and Eintracht are no longer considering a loan in the summer
And he currently even has the chance to offer himself for the starting eleven for the first round of the DFB Cup at second division Eintracht Braunschweig. Because there is still no Pacho replacement - and if one in the form of Konstantinos Koulierakis should come quickly, he may need a few more training sessions with his colleagues. Amenda is not yet an option for the regular team. And where coach Dino Toppmöller actually plans to use Tuta is still an open question.

Collins is ready, in any case, Eintracht doesn't want to let him go. And the highly talented central defender, who is tall (1.91 meters) and has great speed, has turned down all interested parties, according to information from fussball.news. Collins feels that the door has opened a big gap and that he could actually start alongside Koch in the DFB Cup. If the situation is different in winter, a reassessment can still be made.

Nevertheless, Eintracht is still looking for a Pacho successor
Sports director Markus Krösche will continue to push ahead with the search for a Pacho successor. Regardless of this, Collins is one of the positive and pleasing features of the preparation. Will he be enough for the next step in his still young career? That will possibly already become apparent in the duel in Lower Saxony. In any case, the U20 national player shows the grit and determination that Toppmöller is looking for and needs.

LOL would be slap in face to BVB if Collins breakthrough a EL club like Frankfurt. Continues to show how poor they are with their own Academy players.

what's interesting about a Collins breakthrough is that a lot of the 04-06 CBs are starting to breakthrough relevant pros and not spending too much time in 3rd Liga-RL.

how long until we see Buchmann, Odogu, Dal, Herwerth etc also emerge???

speaking of CBs, 05 CB Hoffmann who is on 3rd Liga loan, so far 2/2 XIs for him as well. So come Summer 2025 and he'll be in 2BL. Other 04-06s CBs are breakingthrough 3rd Liga as well and some likely to also go upwards. Hopefully 05-Fritschi gets fit again soon, sucks he's been out entire last season and still out, makes me wonder if he'll sadly end up on Winter RL loan to get match practice???

06 CB Ogbemudia signs pro contract at 1BL Union.

LICENSED PLAYER CONTRACT FOR OLUWASEUN OGBEMUDIA
    1. FC Union Berlin has given 18-year-old defender Oluwaseun Ogbemudia a licensed player contract. The Bremen native went through FC St. Pauli's youth department up to the U17s and joined the Irons' A-youth team in the summer of 2023.

Already a fixture in professional training
The right-footer has so far played 19 competitive games for 1. FC Union Berlin's oldest youth team, including five appearances in the UEFA Youth League. In addition, Ogbemudia was called up to the German national team's U18 squad in November last year and played in two games.

During preparation for the current season, the 1.86-meter-tall defender took part in the summer training camps in Austria and Neuruppin together with the Union professionals. He completed the entire Bundesliga preparation under the direction of Union head coach Bo Svensson and also played in the test matches.

    Comments on the contract signing
"I am very grateful for the trust that the club and those responsible have placed in me. I am happy to accept this challenge and will do my best to contribute to the club's success and to develop myself further every day," said Ogbemudia when signing his contract.

Horst Heldt, Managing Director of Men's Professional Football at 1. FC Union Berlin, said: "Oluwaseun has proven his strengths several times during his time with us so far and we are firmly convinced that his potential is far from being exhausted. That is why we are particularly happy that he sees his future at 1. FC Union Berlin."

    BVB signs Maximilian Beier
Borussia Dortmund has signed national soccer player Maximilian Beier (21). The striker completed the obligatory medical check in Dortmund today and then signed a contract until June 30, 2029.

"Due to the transfer of Niclas Füllkrug, we had to act again and were determined to win over a young player with exceptional potential, whom we would like to develop to a top international level in the medium term. Maximilian Beier has exactly this quality. We have now been able to sign all five of our target players for this transfer period - including three professionals who are part of the German national team squad. Several top European clubs fought for Maximilian. We are very happy that we were able to quickly convince him to leave Borussia Dortmund," says managing director Lars Ricken.

Beier, who moved from the youth team of FC Energie Cottbus to Hoffenheim at the age of 15, made his breakthrough in the German top flight last season and also became one of the fastest players in the Bundesliga. He scored 16 goals in 33 matches and was voted “Rookie of the Month” in both February and March 2024. Also in March, national coach Julian Nagelsmann nominated Beier for the first time for the German senior national team, whose squad he was part of for the home European Championship this year.

“Maxi was our absolute dream player after the departure of Niclas Füllkrug. Despite his young age, he is already very composed on the pitch and impresses with his speed, his willingness to run and his goal threat. He can also be used in various positions and in different systems,” emphasizes BVB sports director Sebastian Kehl, adding: “His development is certainly not over yet, and we will help him to get even better. He is a down-to-earth and willing-to-learn guy who fits in perfectly with BVB with his hard work and commitment.”

Maximilian Beier says: “I am really looking forward to this next big step in my career. In the discussions with Borussia Dortmund, I could tell from the first minute how much they wanted me and I immediately had a great feeling. I am proud to be able to play for one of the best teams in Europe and I am extremely motivated to get started and bring joy to the fans. The club's goals and mine are the same: we want to win titles. I will give everything to achieve that."

its nice to see that Woltemade+Beier both moving to CL clubs.

but for me this is still nonesensical.
"....we had to act again and were determined to win over a young player with exceptional potential, whom we would like to develop to a top international level in the medium term. Maximilian Beier has exactly this quality."

    why isn't this Moukoko???
BVB has had Moukoko in 1st team for 4 seasons and could never integrate him properly and always made sure he was nothing but 3rd choice CF. But suddenly Beier has breakout season at another club and they see massive potential...........they said the same about Moukoko+Brunner having massive potential and wanting to dev them into top international level but in end had 0 interest to do anything for realz with either. Only difference is since your paying $30M for Beier vs $0 for Moukoko+Brunner combined, they are FORCED to play him regularly otherwise all that $$$ is wasted.

I'm not only one, seen trend of increasing # of people who realize what I've been saying for YEARS. 1BL clubs tend to desire players they don't own and at same time not give a shit about their own players. Even when they have top talents its NEVER enough for them, they always want what others have.

I've seen clubs block their own youth with.
"of course we had to go after X or Y, he's free transfer."
"of course we had to go after X or Y, because he's cheaper now."
"of course we had to go after X or Y, in order to beat the competition to the player."

where is the frick X and Y, we got our own top talents that we want to dev?
Sadly you'll see this only in small quantities in 1BL. Like a club like Mainz and players like Burkardt+Weiper in terms of CFs, they aren't gonna block them for foreign or German young players they will integrate.

Beier's rise is still interesting given that most don't seem him as top 5 potential German CF, he's just 2+ years older then everyone else so has a head start on the rest. And also as of now he's avoided the injury/long term injury bug that has delayed some others. But at end of day, its based on potential, so he could very well end up in top 5 long term. This type of assessment isn't final verdict.

ugh, WTF is this EPL obsession with German youth. They are so obsessed with EPL that they are willing to go any random club.

where's the benefit of going from mid-table Mainz to mid-table Brighton???

should be going to one of the top clubs in 1BL instead.....this is just nonesensical.

only + is that this should open door for more playing time for Nebel+Sieb but its pretty lame transfer. As we were starting to have tons of fun with Burkardt+Gruda after Burkardt's comeback from long term injury and Gruda is already gone.

I really hope we don't see a mass exodus of German talents leaving Germany in future.

it feels like upward movement in 1BL is a LOT of times non-existant because most 1BL clubs have no interest in paying for German youth and you end up with only clubs who can afford them are EPL clubs.....

I mean Brighton is paying $30M.........no 1BL club will pay this much for someone who just brokethrough as a pro player last season. Although had some of best stats in 1BL and even top 4 league when it came to U21 and this was while playing for a Mainz. So its more a price tag based on potential.

even Ouedraogo once he has his breakout 1BL season he's likely to bail from 1BL, it sucks but this does seem to be a thing going forward. Or look at how Moukoko, Brunner, Moreira, Darvich etc have all already left Germany or will do so this Summer..........I don't recall a time seeing so many leave so early. Not a fan.

100% agree, don't get me wrong I am pleased for Beier and hope he does well with BVB however the treatment of a couple of CF's with possibly even higher potential is a bit disappointing. They are literally selling the U17 WC golden ball winner for €5m.

The biggest annoyance from club bosses about both Moukoko and Brunner seems to be that they are actually pushing for/want to get first team integration rather then play pointless u19 or in Moukoko's case get more then scrap minutes. I'm not sure that's such a crime, even if the agents shouldn't go to the media ideally. You cannot develop talents if you don't let them play.

Even if you look at Beier at their age he was being pretty much ignored and then loaned. Got a proper chance at Hoffenheim eventually last season and look what happened but it just shows what happens when you give players a proper chance.

Problem with Gruda moving to Brighton is that if he is a success he will likely not play 1BL until the end of his career, if at all. His transfer fee will be too high for most clubs look at how much Brighton sold other players for, some for like 50-60m. Personally much prefer to see German talents playing in Germany.

even Kroos, Khedira, Ozil, Klose, Poldi etc didn't leave Germany this early getting nonesensical but what can you do when most clubs don't want to pay or don't care about their own talents.

BVB only got pissed because they got exposed in bad light. For months, Moukoko kept saying he wants to full on breakthrough but ALL reports was that BVB didn't care and wanted to sell him. They 100% deserve 0 loyalty. The agent only made the whole thing official.
and BVB are petty A-Holes. Is this how one acts???

why should his price be high anyways when he barely plays??? He had like 3-4 XIs last season, and they want 15-20$M for that? Just sell him cheap and ask for higher sell on.

German clubs=full of petiness+revenge mentality. If they are willing to do this to a player they once hyped to moon imagine what BS they do for other players. And yes TONS of players get screwed by clubs behind doors or by the club blocking them without giving a shit. But if you publicly speak out they have a hissy fit, hypocrites deserve to be exposed in open.

blackmail??? WTF are you on about.
blackmail=asking for money or playing time otherwise he will expose some dirty secret at club.

not not being happy with little game time and how the club doesn't do shit with him and wanting to leave....that's blackmail??? LOL, I feel like definitions are changing all the time these days to suit the BS of people.

if Moukoko+Brunner blow up in the future then will just highlight what a stupid ass club this is. Yeah all Beier needed was to be XI in 2/2 seasons on loan and that was enough to have 1BL breakout season. German youth just need that trust and to build them up but one rarely sees that in majority of clubs.

Someone in media needs to ask BVB why all their talents are leaving or getting sold and why they don't make good use of BVB II in 3rd Liga, 3 back to back seasons where 0 U19s even play.........and 0 1st team prospects also play.......the stupiest II team in 3rd Liga of ALL TIME. This club is a parody on every level, whether its 1st team chances, II or U19 to last second+youth trophies fixation.

on 06 M Ouedraogo and Germany U17 DOUBLE Champs.
Success is still paramount, but it also fuels expectations that the young professionals don't want to let get to them. "We don't call ourselves the Golden Generation," says Ouédraogo with a laugh, preferring to explain the team's recipe for success. "We get on very well as a team and just want to have fun on the pitch. That was the reason for our success. That we got on well off the pitch too, which in turn meant that you just work a little bit more for your teammates on the pitch. That makes a big difference." In other words: The U17s showed the spirit that was missing in the senior national team a year ago, before national coach Julian Nagelsmann revived it.

would say it was more than this
-perfect team that had everything. There were no real holes anywhere in XI
    -crazy mentality
-hard agression and pressing from team.
-if we are down will make a comeback
-crazy depth when we change GK or CB or LB or RB or M or AM/W or CF it didn't make any difference on field. Like we won U17 WC without Ouedraogo was got injured in GS or whether we played Heide or Schmitt made 0 difference, or Kabar vs Hennig or Dal vs Odogu and list goes on and on
-like almost every player in XI can dribble
-numerous difference makers whether XI or bench.
    -GK=quality and PK machines
-LB and RB=usually one or the other or both is a weakness but this time, NOPE, both sides were a strenght.
-CB =showed lots of quality and made big difference especially vs Spain, Argentina and France (we played huge chunk of that match with 10 men in final too). We got bombarded in some of those games but they positioned themselves well and defended with all their might. Compare that to SNT where we do look iffy a lot of times with CBs and they allow pedestrian shit more often then not.
-M=without Ouedraogo in Knockouts we beat 3 back to back top teams. I think vs the technical Spain we looked weaker in M due to lack of Ouedraogo but Harchaoui played a great game in helping us make up for it. A game that Germany would have won 2-0 if Yalcinkaya wasn't fouled as he was about to shoot in open net and drew red card on Spain.
-AM/W+CF=they showed that they can make difference solo or just 2-3 attacking alone were either scoring or getting super close

in all honestly, I don't see 06 as Golden Generation...........the Golden Generation is MORE LIKE the Age Groups around them like take for example if one combined the best players from 04-08s+Musiala, Wirtz, Adeyemi, Beier from 02-03 etc. That is where you can conjure up a Golden Generation. 08 looks like an interesting age group.

and on another point, eh Nagelsmann's team doesn't compare to what the U17 squads showed in terms of strenght in every position and almost no holes as his dumb fixation with Havertz at CF over a proper CF also was a blunder. We will never learn that we are always better with a CF than without. Also the bench for U17 was more effective and better chosen then what Nagelsmann did too. Or that we needed 2-4 players to score for U17 vs needing almost everyone in SNT to score........that's what happens when your focal point is RUBBISH. Compare Moerstedt vs Havertz HUGE difference, even when Moerstedt wasn't scoring he made huge difference as he had good movement, was annoying, was drawing 2-3 on him, opened up space for others to attack etc. Havertz couldn't score, was invisible, didn't draw much on him, his allround game was meh as well.

I still confess that I hope that the 06 FAIL to qualify for U19 Euro next season as I would prefer they go preseason with pros and breakthrough instead. But DFB would be PISSED if double champs fail to qualify, LMAO.
