The Prekrampus! A Prekrampus run would make a great Crewsmas tradition. Image a herd of Prekrampuses being paraded around the stadium, scaring people with their business metrics, as St. Frankie of Hedjuk, freed from his bondage under the Prekrampus, gives beers to all the good Crew Supporters.
I hope to St. Lamar, on Guillermo's foot, that if we get Austin at home next year, it's in Mapfre. Those shit stain sawker bros don't deserve to come to our new stadium. And you know they'll try.
Cold water for the showers. Like Ohio State used to do to to the hotel where the M!c#!g@n football team would stay Friday night before The Game.
Sunday's sports schedule in Columbus: 12:30pm - Crew vs. NYCFC 4:00pm - OSU MBB vs. Michigan 7:00pm - CBJ vs. Vancouver OSU vs. Michigan will likely be a sellout crowd of around 18k. They drew 18,809 against Maryland last weekend, so they will almost surely draw at least that large of a crowd against Michigan. CBJ vs. Vancouver will also likely be a sellout. The last time they drew less than 17k for a game was Monday, December 16th against the Caps. Since then, they've sold out every weekend game, and drew at least 17k for every weekday game while also selling out numerous weekday games. Obviously, we are at a huge disadvantage given that we are playing outside on March 1st (I know the weather won't be that bad), and we are playing in a substantially lower quality venue. Furthermore, we are just getting our season started while OSU is trying to improve their tournament resume as much as possible and the CBJ are fighting for a playoff spot. With that being said, I will be disappointed with anything lower than 16.5-17k. Get your butts out to the stadium, and bring your friends/family.
I would love to share a mimosa or rum drink of your choice at my tailgate on Sunday. West side VIP lot. Look for the stupid looking pirate flag under the Crew flag.
This game probably doesn't work for me as I am taking my Mom, Sister, and Buddy (two of the 3 will want to arrive right on time), but next game I go with just friends I'd be happy to stop over.
Bring em all!! Any game, any time. If you see that flag (and once you've seen it, you'l always know it), you'll know we are there with some music, some friends, and some drinks. You and your friends will always be welcome. Not really sure where we'll go once construction starts. We've been on the south bank of Stank Lake for almost 15 years.
