I think best case scenario with Solari is 3rd place finish. Worst case scenario with Carlo is 3rd place finish too so no upside with an interim. Xabi should be the target for summer.

In my opinion Solari isn’t going to do anything what you described, if Mbappe doesn’t care about his relationship with Carlo and his superstar team mates, he’ll care even less about Solari. It would be a really weird move to make by us.

If Jude and Fede aren’t burnt out and injured by January time and we’re still close to Barcelona, then I’d much rather have Carlo in charge.
