When I watch this team play, I see no tactics, no cohesion, no ideas.

What is Carlo doing in training?

 

Penalty situation mess itself shows Carlo has no control. Too casual everytime after a successful season.

 

Only mistake Jude made today was allowing Mfappe to take that Pen.

 

With how inconsistent we are we'll end up winning both of them two games lol

 

There wont be new players in january and Carlo wont be gone until summer

 

Out of pure respect, Carlo should stay until the end of the season. With that said, it's clear from his subs alone that he's not managing this squad well and there is probably resentment amongst the likes of Guler and Endrick for the lack of opportunities

Other parts of the team management also doesn't make sense. Why is Rodrygo taking the corners and free kicks? Why is Mbappé taking the penalties?

Also, Rodrygo doesn't look bothered. You would have thought Mbappé sucking would have motivated him as he was always seen as the one to make way.

So disappointing this season. I actually left my Christmas party early to watch this game.

One loss in La Liga last season, unbeaten in CL. Anyone would have high expectations when Mbappe is added to that without the hindsight that it will be mental midget version. Anyways, we need another player in Kroos, Xabi mould. Zubimendi is kinda similar though not a long range passer.

 

So was Zidane in the stands? Because Carlo isn't finishing the season the way its going. He has lost the plot and the tactics. So many odd decisions.

And can Carlo stop starting games with this 4-4-2. He starts in a defensive set up trying not to lose.

 

if the team don't see the urgency to win such an important game, there is a problem. a big one.
we don't have leaders in the team any more and we certainly don't have a coach.

When the entire team is playing a garbage brand of football all season long, the coach is fully accountable..what happened to the "solution" he found?

Make no mistake, this is a continuation of the same style, plan, subs and tactics we've seen for 3 years. What saved Carlo in the past were sporadic individual sparks and miracle goals from Vini and Jude..

 

Carlo should have informed the club he’s running out of energy to run for a fourth year in charge, because he’s damaging his image out there. He is doing the equivalent of what Tchouameni has been doing on the field, mindlessly ball watching.

We’ve now run Fede and Jude into the ground, and have no form or coherency to show for it. I don’t understand why Carlo wants to even continue, he looks tired.

 

What annoys me is that despite playing like trash, we could have easily gotten at least one point had Fede decided to do a Fede and play it simple. Another disappointing display and another confirmation that Carlo is bankrupt. Can't teach an old dog new tricks.

 

Yes let the players make the call instead of the lazy coach doing his fvcking job

The difference though is that it's a year and 55 plus games later and you add and Comic Con into the mix while losing kroos and all the injuries. None of this is actually surprising.

The mentality of the Old guard willing us on eeked out a lot of wins in the last few years, but now they're all gone.

 

Carlo's penalty rant yesterday was weird. Altruism, cowardice blah blah about a simple situation. Just let Jude take the penalties instead of a guy who looks nervous mess during the short run up itself.

 

Who was it that mentioned a few weeks ago Carlo seemed a bit more agitated than usual during his pressers? This was back in October before the clasico beatdown.

Not sure whats going on behind the scenes with him but he is clearly out of depth this year.
