Am I wrong for saying that we haven't got enough home grown players? Is there an issue with our developmental staff/squads?

We probably have about as many as we've ever had with Berna, Baba and Lezzerini.

Its ludicrous. 3 players. We should be able to mould at least 5 players who are local born/developed.

Corvino is a lot more about the youth sides than Prade was, so things should improve.

It should be noted, though, that our area does not historically produce the amount and quality of players that the areas around Roma, Napoli and Milano do. I'm sure that is at least partly because those other areas are much more heavily populated than Firenze is. Firenze is a small city. 382,000 population.

I also think it's due to the population. There's no density of people compared to the big boys.
