It doesn't matter really. You get 1 health square per 4 codex pages that you give to Leo. The others are key pages that upgrade your gadgets.
I got all the Glyphs in Tuscany and Firenze. As well as the three tombs. Just finished the mission where you dispose of Francesco de' Pazzi. I have to say that the further I get, the more I love this game. The story certainly has more depth and complexity than the one in the original game.
I'm in Venice now, which is awesome! I have 17 of the 20 Glyphs and 5 of the 6 tomb artifacts for the Altair armor. Overall it has been an awesome game to play so far.
I have Altaïr's armor, and his sword. I also have all but one of the weapons. I've went back to every armory in the game and I can't find the last one. Do you only get it later on in the game? I've also done all the upgrades to the Villa and bought all the art. The only thing I haven't devoted much attention to is collecting the feathers. I'm at around 25 of the 100 collected. I do have all but one of the codex pages though.
It's been a while since I played, and I don't want to ruin it for anyone, so: [result]I believe your Uncle Mario gives you the final weapon[/result].
If you have the patience,go for the feathers. Plenty of videos on youtube will show you their exact locations.
Like Dills said, you get the Auditore cape after collecting them.If you're an achievement/trophy hunter, you will need it.

I finished the game. Is it just me, or did you have the impression as well that the being in the Vatican chamber was breaking the fourth wall? It was only when she said Desmond name that I figured out she was talking to the PC and not the player himself.
Brotherhood out today, my copy should be in the mailbox when I get home from work tomorrow. That multiplayer looks like it's gonna be a blast, I can't wait to try it out.
I looooveee multiplayer and the campaign so far is just as good as the second game. I'm just starting the 3rd memory sequence and not sure if I should head towards the missions or take out the Borgia towers surrounding my hideout. I took out one of the towers but it was really hard and it didn't seem like I could stealth my way to the captain.
so far I like it, but the game play is pretty much the same thing as last time (i'm not too deep into yet, so I don't have all the different weapons, etc.)
I so want to play this really bad...but I have quite a few others games that I also want.Only thing keeping me from buying em is lack of money at the moment.

Sounds awesome only thing I'd say they need to improve on with the game is to make it quicker to find multiplayer games.
