http://www.fourfourtwo.com/au/featu...could-become-next-gareth-bale#:hX8ydaOV-mBHfA Good article. Hopefully a scout reads it . But he needs to make a impact. A goal or assist has to come soon. No wonder he hasn't been playing as much. Is Humam going to Udine in January?
Good article, I really hope that Ali can live up to the expectations. Honestly I think a number of our players would do well in the higher leagues. Ali isn't really the best player in our squad and being played out of position has really hurt him. Saad AbdulAmeer who is criminally underrated for the NT, Yaser, Ali Hisni and Justin need to go to better leagues. This is my main gripe with the recent results. This is probably the best team we've had since the prime of the 07 generation and the results should reflect that. Having said that I want to say that Younis has been so much better since joining Al Talaba. I still think Muhannad should be the main striker, but Younis really has improved.
Man, Emad Mohamed deserved it the most with AC Milan. And Nashat was heartbreaking too. Younis should of taken Sunderland or Lyon, there was a point where he was the top 30 player in world, voted for Balon' Dor.
http://www.iraqi-players.com/?p=7348 Alwan... what are you doing? You see that Ali Adnan is not effective as winger, then why do you continue to ignore the performance and results? This guy has no idea what he is doing. There is no continuity whatsoever. No logic behind the call-ups, and no balance (at one point we had no RB in the squad).
Good article about Dhurgham Ismail: http://outsideoftheboot.com/2015/12/02/the-10-young-stars-of-2015-2/
At stopping shots I really think Jalal is the best we have. Someone should teach him set piece/corner defence and he's good to go. Noor is the best at penalties though.
Iraqfpg claims that Younis Mahmoud will announce his retirement on 29/3/2016 (after the final game against Vietnam)
